Stand Up
- Did - worked with Aaron on ENG-09, drafted blog post about Sprint 1 Review, and met with Sam about blog post on ENG-02
- Will do - get Sprint 1 Review blog post published (got some feedback from Brian I will incorporate, and try to get one other person to take a look)
- Blocked? - going to be at a ‘con this weekend and on business travel Tues, may not make next week’s stand up (can someone else run the meeting and take notes?); getting Greg to facilitate next week’s meeting
- Did - ENG-09 is done (created presentation format for manual link budget), when similar parameters are used they match close enough (KS = 28.30 dB S/N, manual = 27.23 dB S/N; aka ~1 dB, almost negligible; during meeting with J, did a quick review of ENG-02 results and identified potential causes of differing results
- Will do - run the KS Link Budget spreadsheet on the ENG-02 work from J to start real failure analysis
- Blocked? - none
- Did - summaries from last week’s work published on social media, proofread J’s blog post, initiated contact with ISS fan club
- Will do - continue the social media posting of sprint progress (assumption by J)
- Blocked? - ??
Post Stand Up
- Greg - got a note from Ryan that his work is crazy busy, but he wants to continue to work with J online to get ENG-02 reproduced, but no formal commitments this sprint
- J - thx for working to get Ryan onto the forums, that is a big help
- Greg - so far Ryan is the only one doing a reproduction of ENG-02?
- J - and this is when we had some email contact with makerspaces…. Of course this is why we had a PBI to shepherd them through the process but we could not take it on this sprint
- Jeremy - just wanted to keep up with the project
- Sam - been working on a blog post about ENG-02, met with J to discuss some things, understand the topic better now, a little rusty writing this kind of thing, but getting the wheels turning now
- J - anything else you need from the group?
- Sam - just a quick question, who found the $30 blog post?
- J - it was Greg (over slack, #General, Feb 11 @ 18:12)
- Sam - did we finish building an $80 GS?
- J - yes
