ProcessMaker Enterprise Plugin

PM/Reports/Simple Reports v. 1.4.40

The Simple Reports plugin allows ProcessMaker administrators to create reports  based on any data involved in a process and grant permission for select users to  view and export the report directly from their ProcessMaker inbox.

Requirements:

• ProcessMaker v2.5 or higher (stable version + available hotfix)
• Enterprise Plugin v2.0.17 or higher (stable version + available hotfix)

Below you will find the list of fixed bugs in this version:

• 12148 Not able to view report correctly due to timeout set at 60s.
• 12904 Simple Reports Filter APP_STATUS.
• 13569 Report table are taking to long to open.

• 13667 Exporting not correct when using filters.
• 14782 Error en el Simple Reports Plugin.
• 15083 Field label ignored.

• 15405 Pm Reports doesn’t show the grid information correctly.
• 15416 If there are many records the “export all pages” button doesn’t work.

Known Issues:

• The generation of the reports in Excel have a delay so it is necessary to increase the max_execution_time value inside the php.ini file depending on the amount of registries required to be exported. For example, 8 seconds were necessary to generate 25000 registries.

• 15781  Error when changing and adding spaces in a pmreport field name.
• 12014 Buttons < > << >> are display disabled.

• There’s a known issues in ProcessMaker v2.5.0 and v2.5.0.1 using dates. These issues affects this plugin. Applying the hotfix 2.5.2.4 this issue is solved.
