Introduction

I’m going to be writing a lot here, both about what happened at Combo Breaker 2025, and about Bunny. I’m going to start with the most important information on the ‘ongoing investigation’ Bunny and Tiger_Pop have been very vocal about before I get into some other things, since that’s most likely what you’re here to see.

        Back in October 2024, Bunny filed for an ex parte order of protection against me (a restraining order filed out of fear of immediate/present danger.), accusing me of both a ‘Sex Offense’ and of ‘Stalking’. The hearing was held on October 30th, and was continued until March 5th, 2025 because of Bunny’s claim of an ongoing criminal investigation.

The restraining order was promptly denied in the following hearing on March 5th, as Bunny was unable to prove an immediate/present danger, or that either a ‘sex offense/stalking’ had even occurred.

The other main talking point is the ‘ongoing criminal investigation’ that I have been ‘dodging’, and that I’ve been ‘avoiding a detective to try and get away with it.’ Attached below is Detective Postal from the Lombard Police Department informing me today (5/27/2025) that the case/investigation is going to be closed. Of note, the same detective stated at CB that he ‘doesn’t think sexual assault/battery happened.’ 

Combo Breaker 2025

With that out of the way, let’s talk about what exactly happened at Combo Breaker 2025.

When I showed up to my pool on Friday, I was approached by a security guard, who after confirming my identity, told me that they needed to talk with me in their office. After heading to their office, I was greeted by Detective Postal from the Lombard Police Department. He informed me of the allegations Bunny made against me, and that they were told that I would be at Combo Breaker 2025. I wanted to ask some questions about what’s been happening, since at this point in time, I hadn’t been contacted by a police department. Through a conversation with the detective, I found out that Bunny had apparently given the Lombard police incorrect contact information.

I was not placed under arrest, I was not detained, I did not get escorted by police officers to go to a police station in the middle of Combo Breaker 2025. I never even left the security office in the first place. There was no warrant for my arrest, and no charges were pressed against me. I presented to the detective an affidavit of Lucien talking about what they saw when they walked in and how it contradicted with Bunny’s story, as well as messages from Valore saying that he ‘didn’t hear anything from the other bed.’.

I asked Valore about it again today just to confirm if it’s still something he agrees with, and he said it is.

The conversation with the detective wasn’t too long, and after inquiring, he informed me that he ‘doesn’t think sexual assault/battery happened’, or that a crime was even committed. I also informed the detective about the restraining order that Bunny attempted to file being dropped, since they mentioned it during the conversation. With that, the police had nothing more to talk about, and apologized about the disruption.

 As a precaution, security at Combo Breaker took my badge and informed me that I wouldn’t be allowed to attend the event. However, the police talked to the security/staff on site and brought them up to speed on the situation, and my badge was returned to me. Rick Hadou came by to apologize and talk to me about what happened. Due to the unusual circumstances causing me to be DQ’d from the bracket, Rick told me that, if possible, the bracket runners would find a place in the bracket to move me to so I could compete. After I finished talking with Rick, I left the office and there weren't any more complications for the rest of the weekend.

Online Discourse and Misinformation

I’ve been seeing a lot of different information/speculation thrown around about what happened, and most misinformation I’ve seen online has been coming from people that either:

• Didn’t attend Combo Breaker 2025,
• Have very little understanding of your civil rights in the United States of America,
• Have either been misinformed, or are actively lying about what happened.

This primarily sprouted from Tiger_Pop’s tweets claiming that I had been “taken by the police”, which they learned from “player witnesses” that saw law enforcement take me.

This is just blatant misinformation. I wasn’t detained, nor was there a warrant for my arrest, nor was I taken to a police station OR escorted by police officers at the event. The ‘important people’ in question clearly did not have the correct information. Anybody that was near me at Combo Breaker saw me leave the ballroom with event staff.

        

Another big fuss is thrown about me ‘dodging detectives’ (as a reminder, the same detectives who were given incorrect contact information.) and that I was clearly guilty of something if I wasn’t going out of my way to talk to the police. If this is a concept you genuinely believe in, I want to give you a brief reminder about your 5th and 6th amendment rights in the United States of America. Any lawyer will tell you to exercise your rights immediately and profusely.

1. You have the right to remain silent, and you can not be forced to answer questions against your will. Silence can also not be used against you in a court of law, and is not an admission of guilt or culpability.
2. You have the right to legal representation. Ask for your lawyer.

Please exercise your civil rights at every possible opportunity, or take a second to refresh yourself on what they are, and how they protect you.

Bunny’s Allegations and Behavior

The United States of America operates under ‘innocent until proven guilty’, meaning the burden is not on the defendant to prove that something didn’t happen, but on the plaintiff to prove that a crime was actually committed. In both civil and criminal court, Bunny has been unable to provide evidence or convincing argument of either sexual assault or sexual battery being committed. It has to be addressed at some point that there is an overwhelming deficit of evidence or factual support for Bunny’s claims, and every other perspective present has disagreed with their version of events. If they’re unable to prove harm or damage for something as lenient as getting a restraining order in a civil court, which operates under a ‘more likely than not’ standard of proof, then I don’t know what there really is to say at a certain point. When somebody positions themself as ‘just speaking on the truth of what really happened’, the fact that they’re being consistently contradicted and contested by the two other people present at the hotel room is something that needs to be brought up.

This is why they’ve made a big point of grifting off of other people to lend credibility to their own false allegations, regardless of how that hurts or affects the person in question. Take for example Wren, someone that was involved early on into the situation. Wren had similarly talked about their relationship and experience with me years back, which Bunny immediately pushed out online as “another story of RedIAmNot sexually assaulting someone.”, which was not Wren’s intention at all.

When confronted about this, Bunny would press Wren and talk down to them, implying that Wren was abused/assaulted and that THEY didn’t understand their own experiences.

        Even after this conversation, Bunny CONTINUED to throw around Wren’s name and story as another example of sexual assault, which boiled over to the point it drove Wren to a panic attack, and Wren had to publicly tell Bunny to fuck off and stop twisting their words.         There’s no other way to describe their actions and behavior other than malicious harassment and a complete disregard for people’s privacy, feelings, and safety. I’ve tried my best to be respectful and passive even in the face of this bullshit, but neither I or anyone else directly involved in this situation has been afforded the same respect from Bunny. There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior. People like Tiger_Pop covering for Bunny is harmful at best, because this does nothing but make it harder for actual victims of sexual assault/harassment to come out and tell their stories. Trust should be immediately placed in potential victims of assault, but abusing that trust and continuing to dig a never-ending pit of misinformation, omissions and lies all to further a personal vendetta is unbelievably despicable.
