If you need support, contact us. We can begin online meet-up sessions to vent, to “walk” alongside each other as we navigate the transition to online teaching or hybrid teaching or whatever comes our way. If it’s sharing ideas to help the most vulnerable students at this time or joining us for our upcoming Zoom collaboration session, we look forward to hearing from you.

Our partner Project Peaceful Warriors is dedicated to continuing to share the tools of yoga and mindfulness to support teachers, students, parents, and the greater community. For the next month, they will share daily videos and supporting resources for you to use for yourself, the young people in your life, and your support systems. They will share breathing exercises, guided meditations, simple yoga sequences, and hands on activities to help land your brain and body back into the same place.

You can find their videos posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. They will also compile their  Community Resource Folder with additional information related to yoga, mindfulness, educational resources, community resources, and mental health and wellbeing.
