 Biomedical PhD Career Fair, Tue, Aug 29

Biomedical PhD Career Fair is happening on Aug 29th, 10am-3pm. The following companies will be conducting on-site interviews during the Career Fair. Visit the Career Fair website to read more about job openings and for instructions on how to submit your application. The deadline for submitting your application for an on-site interview is Tuesday, August 22.

   Johns Hopkins Stem Cell Symposium Hosted by Thermo Fisher

Looking for an opportunity to connect with stem cell researchers at JHU?

 Combined Call for National Postdoctoral Association 2018 Annual Conference Proposals

The 2018 National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) Meetings Committee is seeking proposals for (a) 60-minute concurrent sessions, (b) 90-minute concurrent sessions, and (c) poster presentations to be included in the 2018 Annual Conference.

We strongly encourage postdocs, PDAs, and PDOs to submit a proposal, as this is the only meeting that provides a voice for them at the national level.

Proposals will be accepted through Friday, October 6, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Click here for more details about submitting a proposal.

Health and Wellness Focus Groups, Thurs, August 24

The University Health Services’ Office of Wellness and Health Promotion is holding two focus groups in the coming weeks for students, postdoctoral fellows, and residents to share their perspectives and recommendations for wellness needs on the East Baltimore campus.  What could the University be doing better to facilitate student/trainee health and wellness?  What are the most pressing needs and opportunities in terms of physical, emotional, social, and financial well-being?
