Project Manager, Project Architect

  • Project Manager for projects in the $1-$5 million range. Leads project meetings with clients, produces conceptual and schematic documents and renderings, lead design team in production of construction documents, coordinates with engineers, works with contractors in the pricing and VE process, and oversight of construction.
  • Project Architect for wide variety of project types including office, retail, mixed-use, museum, and religious. Work directly with project manager and client in iterative design process to explore many design solutions to meet project program, budget, and schedule. Produce construction documents and compiled specifications, and the primary contact for Construction Administration.
  • Master Plan development lead for religious and educational projects. Process includes stakeholder interviews, programming, space planning, conceptual design, construction phasing, and cost estimation. Concludes with presentation to stakeholders and production of a Master Plan book.
