Individual occurrence interpreting requests with more than two-weeks notice:

Non-legal requests Monday through Saturday                        $150 for first 2-hours

between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $55 for each add. hour

Legal requests Monday through Saturday                                $175 for first 2-hours

between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $65 for each add. hour

        Non-legal requests Monday through Saturday                        $175 for first 2-hours

        between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 am.                                $65 for each add. hour

Legal requests Monday through Saturday                                $195 for first 2-hours

between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $75 for each add. Hour

Individual occurrence interpreting requests with less than two-weeks notice:

        Non-legal requests Monday through Saturday                        $160 for first 2-hours

        between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $60 for each add. hour

Legal requests Monday through Saturday                                $180 for first 2-hours

between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $70 for each add. Hour

        Non-legal requests Monday through Saturday                        $180 for first 2-hours

        between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 am.                                $70 for each add. hour

Legal requests Monday through Saturday                                $200 for first 2-hours

between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.                                $80 for each add. Hour

Ongoing multiple-occurrence interpreting requests (two-hour minimum):

Monday through Sunday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.        $50 per hour

Monday through Sunday between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.         $60 per hour

Additional terms and conditions:

Any assignment requiring more than ninety-minutes travel in each direction will be charged an additional fee for lodging and meals.

For complex situations or individual occurrence assignments in excess of two hours, two or more interpreters are required. Ongoing interpreting and transliterating requests may require two interpreters for any length over fifty minutes depending on the content and format. This determination will be made by the interpreter.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, early completion, and client no shows will be charged the entire requested time or a two hour minimum (whichever is greater) per interpreter.

Assignments that extend beyond the required time will be charged a $50 fee to extend services, if the interpreter is available to continue and then will be charged the applicable rate + $5.00 per hour / interpreter.
