All Majors invited to Geology Club/SGE Meeting: Geology Club/SGE will be holding a joint meeting on Monday, September 19th at 1:00 pm in room TY217.  New majors are very encouraged to come! We will be discussing upcoming service projects and fun activities that will be held throughout the fall semester. Also, Amanda Gentry (MS, UNLV), WSU GEO alumna and adjunct instructor, will present important information on improving your networking skills. Please contact Kelsey Minnoch with any questions. SGE Recruiting New Members: Our student chapter of Sigma Gamma Epsilon, the national academic and pre-professional society for geoscience students, is now recruiting new members. Requirements are a 3.0 GPA in your geoscience courses (minimum 10 credit hours) and a minimum 2.67 overall GPA. Please see Dr. Ford to confirm your academic qualifications and arrange for paying the $25 national membership fee. Contact Daksha Patel (Chapter President) or Kelsey Minnoch (V.P.) to learn more about this semester's SGE activities.
