Karma Drinks x Intrepid Travel Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Karma Drinks NZ Limited, located at 24a Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland, in partnership with Intrepid Travel.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Karma Drinks, Intrepid Travel, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

  • The giveaway begins on 1st December 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 31st January 2026 (NZT).
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants can enter the giveaway by:

  1. Visiting one of Karma Drinks’ summer sampling sites listed on www.karmadrinks.co.nz and submitting an entry via the onsite form; or
  2. Submitting an entry via the official Karma Drinks giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook, by completing the entry form linked in the bio or post.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries under different names, accounts, or email addresses may result in disqualification.

5. Prize Details

  • The winner will win two (2) places on the Sri Lanka Explorer (HPSS) plus flights from Auckland NZ to Colombo Sri Lanka.
  • This prize must be redeemed against a new booking by 31/10/2026 and is available for travel departing between 30/03/2026 and 15/12/2026.
  • The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize, quoting promo code 750295
  • A minimum of four (4) customers must be confirmed on the Intrepid Travel trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
  • Travel must be booked and confirmed at least 56 days prior to trip departure. The following black out periods apply to travel: 15 Dec 2025 - 14 Jan 2026 and 15 Dec 2026 – 14 Jan 2027.
  • This prize is provided on a twin share basis and is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.
  • Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.
  • If the chosen departure does not operate for any reason or the trip is discontinued, Intrepid Travel will offer an equivalent trip of same value to the prize winner.
  • This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kittys not covered by the itinerary.
  • The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or transferable, cannot be extended and cannot be taken as cash if the prize is not fulfilled.
  • Once booked, any changes made to the prize winner booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner.
  • Total prize value is approximately $13,500NZD. Prize value is based on high season 2026 trip departures and high season flight costs. The prize value may fluctuate based on trip availability and flight costs.
  • Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.
  • Intrepid Travel’s vaccination policy applies

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on [draw date] at Karma Drinks’ offices.
  • The winner will be contacted via email or direct message within five (5) business days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, Karma Drinks reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity and Privacy

  • By entering, entrants consent to Karma Drinks and Intrepid Travel using their name, image, and entry for publicity and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation.
  • Personal information provided will be collected and used in accordance with the Karma Drinks Privacy Policy and Intrepid Travel Privacy Policy, and will only be used for administering this giveaway and related marketing communications if consent is given.

8. General Terms

  • Karma Drinks and Intrepid Travel accept no responsibility for any technical malfunctions, lost or incomplete entries, or factors outside their control.
  • Sampling sites may change in dates and timings due to unforeseen weather events.
  • Karma Drinks reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • If the prize or part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, Karma Drinks reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karma Drinks and Intrepid Travel are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of entering or winning this promotion.
