Topic: Establishment of guarantees towards religious minorities, affected in different conflicts

Emphasizing: Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Right, that states "Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance”

Recognizing:  The International on Civil and Political Right, especially in Article 27, that "In those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be denied the right, in community with the other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practice their own religion, or to use their own language”

Remembering: The United Nations Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance, which emphasizes the global need of protecting the rights of individuals. With no matter of their religion

Taking into account: The United States International Religious Freedom Act of 1998, which promotes religious freedom as a policy that works to combat religious persecution. As well as discrimination as a main issue

Considering: Article 4 of the German constitution stating “Freedom of faith and of conscience, and freedom to profess a religious or philosophical creed, shall be inviolable.” And guaranteeing the undisturbed practice of religion

Abiding by:  The commitment of the United Kingdom and the United States principles in the United Nations Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, which consists of the protection of vulnerable populations, especially religious minorities

Relying on:   Article 2  of  the UNESCO Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities which states: "Persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities have the right to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practice their own religion, and to use their own language, in private and in public, freely and without interference or any form of discrimination."

Clarifying; The statements of the United Kingdom’s All-Party Parliamentary Group for International Freedom of Religion or Belief, which main focus is to address persecution and discrimination against religious minorities and promotes the right to religious freedom globally as well

Deeply noting: Article no 24 of the constitution of. Mexico saying that “Every person has the right to have freedom of ethical convictions, of conscience and of religion, and to have or to adopt, as the case may be, the one of her preference. Such freedom includes the right to participate, individually or collectively, in both public and private ceremonies, worship or religious acts of the respective cult, as long as they are not a felony or a misdemeanor punished by law. No person is allowed to use these public acts of religious expression with political ends, for campaigning or as means of political propaganda”

  1. Create a shelter and rehabilitation camp for affected religious minorities;
  1. Providing them mental and physical healthcare at any time.
  2. Showing them support and a religious shelter
  3. Involve minors into a public educational system,

  1. Specifies that the state of Japan will support this resolution with supplies in order to help the physically injured religious refugees,

                     a)  Japan will provide 100 medical robots at the beginning of the project.

                                     1. Providing medical help,

b) The economical value would be 6 million dollars.

c) 6 months after the resolution has been accepted Japan will send the robots                                                                                              t               to the shelter in Mexico.

  1. Indicates that the financing of the resolution will be designated by the monetary funds of the Human Rights council;
  2. Designates that the name of the project will be SRC that stands for that stand for “Shelter and Rehabilitation Camp”,

  1. Mentions that the supervisory body for this resolution will be given by the President of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Omar Zniber,

  1. States that every refugee that assists to the shelter will be treated with complete respect of religious beliefs and thus without any type of discrimination against this refugees.

  1. This written report will report will contain the conditions of the shelter,
  2. All refugees are accepted without any distinction
  3. If they have any pending lawsuit with their state, they will not be accepted, for the safety and legality of the project.

  1. States that every 3 months a report of the project or “written report” will be sent to the council to make sure that the project goes on without corruption or any other inconveniences

  1. This written report will also contain the amount of individuals and families in the shelter,

  1. Affirms that the first refugee camp and shelter will be created and starting in Mexico
  1. According to the reports, this program will continue to spread, starting in the summitors countries and continuing with the co-submitors.
  2. Any further recommendation made by any other country will be taken the consideration after receiving a letter from the country,

  1. Stipulates that the duration of said program will be 3 years, accepting recommendations and points to be increased for the consideration of each country according to how the project progresses;
  1. After this time, at the discretion of the subsuming countries, taking into account the news of its progress, it may be extended,

  1. Decides to keep taking accountability of the matter.
