Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, positioning, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Define and uphold the brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all internal and external communications.
  • Work with the project and product teams to craft and distribute press releases, articles, and other materials to secure positive coverage for the company.
  1. Manage Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and potential clients.
  • Craft and distribute press releases, articles, and other materials to secure positive coverage for the company.
  1. Develop and execute Marketing and communications campaigns:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilising different online and offline channels.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for various channels, including Printables, social media, and newsletters.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor marketing channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community engagement both online and offline.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate public events, forums, media interviews and other public information events, both online and offline.
  • Provide communication support with regards to the organisation of project events, and the launch and promotion of publications/researches.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management, adjusting strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for the revision of the communication strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals, best practices and tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications metrics and tools.
  • Experience in coordinating physical activations, campaigns or events in different states in Sudan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record of leading a team is a plus.
  • Experience of B2B marketing in the agriculture and livestock sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly Cooperative and a great team player.
