1. Reopening Plan Service Times

  1. The Federal Government has recommended a 3 phase re-open plan. Places with declining infections and strong testing would begin a three-phase gradual reopening of businesses and schools.
  1. Services PHASE 1: Strict social distancing for all people in public. Gatherings larger than  people are to be avoided and nonessential travel is discouraged.
  2. Services PHASE 2: People are encouraged to maximize social distancing and limit gatherings to no more than 50 people unless precautionary measures are taken. Travel can resume.
  3. Services PHASE 3: Return to normalcy for most Americans, with a focus on the identification and isolation of any new infections.
  4. The guidelines recommend that states pass checkpoints that look at new cases, testing, and surveillance data over the prior 14 days before advancing from one phase to another.
  1. The re-opening of the state will occur in phases, and we may not see gatherings allowed over 100 people until June, at the earliest.
