Code of Conduct For Visitors

We will consider visiting Kendoka who are registered with the BKA or the equivalent. Visitors are all non paying members of our club, including members of our sister club, Edinburgh Kendo Club. This does not include our registered coaches. If you are unsure if you are a registered coach with our club, please contact the EUKC committee.

To ensure a safe and smooth visit to our dojo, please take into account the following rules and regulations:

• Our Dojo Leader has the right to refuse any visitor of our dojo.
• Visitors are expected to follow and are subject to the code of conduct of our club, as laid out in our constitution, and the Edinburgh University Sports Union.
• Before your first visit, please fill out our Visitor Details Form for our records.
• Upon arrival, fill out our visitor attendance form. If you are unable to do so online, an EUKC member will assist you.
• In the instance that a visitor breaks the abovementioned codes of conduct, the committee has the right to suspend or ban that individual from visiting our dojo.
• The visitor’s information will be kept for 2 years after the last time they visited the dojo.
