English and Maths HUB: Timetabled sessions that you can book into or Drop-in for additional support with Maths and English Functional Skills and GCSE.  (Add link to HUB Timetable and Booking Form)

Drop-in Study Skills Support: Timetabled sessions that you can book into for additional support with your coursework and Maths and English. Support includes proof-reading, essay writing, CV writing, referencing, revision and exam preparation. Drop-in is Available in D1 and the LRC. (Add link to Timetable and Booking Form)

Targeted Workshops: Available upon request of the curriculum area to support groups of learners with Referencing, Academic Writing, Essay Writing, Proof Reading and Revision.  The targeted workshops are directed particularly at Level 2/3 Learners.

GCSE Twilight Sessions: Twilight sessions for GCSE English are available on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 3pm – 5.30pm in B30/B31 (The Old Chef’s Hat).  Drop-in and see how we can help.

GCSE Saturday Workshops: The workshops are available to support you in achieving your full potential, they are currently running every Saturday till the end of May from 10am -1pm.  There are dedicated classes for students completing the higher paper.  Let us help you to achieve a high grade.

Holiday Catch-up and Improvers Sessions: Holiday catch-up sessions are being provided in B30/B31 for English and Maths and in D1 and the LRC for Study Skills support and support with coursework. See the attached timetables for session guidance.

Breakfast and Homework Club: Sessions are available for students to receive additional support with their coursework, and study skills via an LSP.  Students can drop-in to sessions or be referred by their curriculum area.  Sessions run as follows: 8.30am – 9am and 5pm – 5.30pm in the Student Lounge Area - a Free Breakfast and Hot Drink is available for the morning sessions from 08.15am to 08.45am, and a free muffin is available during the Homework sessions.
