Jeff:
...I bug afresh to see if you have data on the primary and general election voting history for Kesha Rogers, DOB 12/9/76. It’s possible her first name is LaKesha instead. We are checking a claim that she is not a Democrat.

She is registered in Harris County, seems to be an indifferent voter. Registered in 2001, but first vote is 2004 general. Voted in 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2014 Dem primaries, no Republican primaries...

My summary and yet more questions below.
THIS ACCURATE? Citing data you jointly own with the party, you emailed us that Rogers initially registered to vote in Harris County in 2001 and voted there in the 2002 through 2008 November general elections, but not in the 2010 or 2012 general elections. Rogers also voted in the 2004, 2006 and 2008 Democratic primaries before voting again in the 2014 Democratic primary. You said the records show no instances of Rogers voting in a Republican primary.
MY Q’S: I wonder if Rogers moved in 2012 to Fort Bend County? I say this because she won nomination as the party’s US House candidate in the 22nd Congressional District in those years. Would your voter file reveal such?

Double checking. Did she vote in the 2004 Dem primary, then the 2004 general? I am guessing, then, that her first vote was in the 2004 Dem primary.

My mistake. That first vote was the 2002 general, not 2004. She voted in 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008 generals – no generals since 2008.

...She is also registered to vote in Fort Bend County, where records show that she voted in the 2010 and 2012 Democratic primaries and the same year generals...
