Terms and Conditions:

Guests of The Flying Fifty assume all risks of damage to any personal property of the landlord or themselves, including household furniture and goods, during their use and occupancy.
Guests agree to hold the landlord harmless and indemnify them against any risks associated with the foregoing.

Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on The Flying Fifty premises, including balconies, parking lots, restrooms, suites, or common areas. A $400 fee will be charged for cleaning/ionization if smoking on the property is detected. You will also not be allowed back to our hotel once your stay is completed.
The premises are designated for residential purposes only.
No pets or animals are allowed. Failure to notify hotel management or staff of bringing a pet will result in a $500 pet fee added to the guest's bill.
Guests of The Flying Fifty agree to comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or their occupancy.
Guests further agree not to engage in activities or acts that would increase the existing rate of insurance on the premises or result in the cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent a room at The Flying Fifty Hotel.
The Flying Fifty Guests are expected to use common areas respectfully and must not cause damage to any equipment located therein.

Guests of The Flying Fifty Hotel acknowledge that no hotel personnel are available on or near the premises, and therefore, guests are responsible for their own safety while utilizing all areas at their own risk.
By staying at The Flying Fifty Hotel, guests accept and assume all risks associated with their occupancy and usage of the premises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests of The Flying Fifty Hotel release and hold harmless The Flying Fifty Boutique Hotel and its owners from any damages to persons or loss or damage to personal property resulting from their occupancy and usage of the hotel.
Guests agree to indemnify The Flying Fifty Hotel for any damages or losses to hotel property caused by their actions.
Owners are Alabama licensed real estate agents
The Flying Fifty Hotel Guests understand these terms and conditions are governed by Alabama law.

Guests knowingly and intentionally waive any right to consequential, indirect, and/or punitive damages, and further waive the right to a trial by jury, should any legal action be commenced in connection with their occupancy or usage of The Flying Fifty Hotel. All reservations require a payment to hold chosen dates. Cancellation Policies: Reservation Prices do not Include: Expenses and items not mentioned in the agreement include, but are not limited to: transportation costs, pet fees (if applicable), meals, insurance (if required), telephone calls, and other personal expenses.
