Dear Parents/Caregivers  

Year 4 Trips to Te Tuhi Art Centre, Pakuranga

To support our learning we are going to the Te Tuhi Art gallery to attend the Creative Stories workshop.  Classes will be attending on the following dates:

Room 12: Monday 21 November 2016 - morning session

Room 13: Monday 21 November 2016 - afternoon session

Room 14: Tuesday 22 November 2016 - morning session

Room 15: Tuesday 22 November 2016 - afternoon session

Morning Sessions

We will leave Elm Park at 9:00am sharp and walk to the art centre for our session from 9.45-11.30am before returning to be back at school around midday. The children will eat their morning tea before they leave.

Afternoon Session

We will leave school at 11:45am sharp and walk to the art centre for our session that runs from 12:15 -2:00pm. We will return to school around 2:30pm. The children will eat their lunch before they leave.

Please remind your child to wear good walking shoes or sandals and ensure your child is wearing their school hat and some sunscreen.  If the weather is wet we will be transporting classes in the school van and the class teacher’s car so please indicate your permission below.

We need parent helpers and would be grateful if you could indicate if you are able to help on one of these outings. Please return this permission slip promptly.
