Position Overview

DOGTV Networks is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Representative to lead revenue growth across our digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for selling pre-roll advertising on the DOGTV app as well as content sponsorships across original programming, series, and branded integrations.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital media sales, understands streaming/CTV advertising, and is comfortable building partnerships with brands in the pet, consumer, and lifestyle categories.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Sales

  • Sell pre-roll advertising inventory across the DOGTV app (OTT, mobile, connected TV)
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of direct advertisers and agencies
  • Package and price advertising inventory to maximize yield and fill rates
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to present campaign performance and ROI

Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships

  • Sell sponsorships for DOGTV original content, series, and special programming
  • Create custom branded integrations and content partnerships for advertisers
  • Develop multi-platform packages including app, social, and digital
  • Work with production and content teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed

Business Development

  • Identify new revenue opportunities across pet, veterinary, CPG, retail, wellness, and lifestyle sectors
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with brands and agencies
    Represent DOGTV at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Sales Operations

  • Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    Assist in developing sales materials, rate cards, and sponsorship decks
    Provide market feedback to leadership on pricing, demand, and trends

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in digital media, streaming, and sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling pre-roll, OTT/CTV, or digital video advertising preferred
  • Experience selling branded content or sponsorships strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for pets and the human-animal bond is a plus
  • Experience in the Pet Industry an big plus
