Photos of the Week:
A group of WSU, Bryn Mawr College, & Argentina students and faculty study the spectacular geologic setting of Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the western hemisphere. The Horcones Glacier extends from behind the hikers to the ice falls on south face of the peak. This collaborative research study to understand growth of the Andes mountains is being funded by the National Science Foundation.
