About the event
What can I expect at The Grand Jam?
Around one thousand musicians of all levels play together in Germany's largest band, the most popular stadium songs and world hits. With the help of coaches and tutorials, the "jammers" have prepared for the stadium concert. In the stadium’s stands you can sing along, play the air guitar and celebrate the music. Through an elaborate production featuring light shows, pyrotechnics, acrobats, and many surprises, THE GRAND JAM becomes a unique experience.
Where does the event take place?
The event takes place at the Deutsche Bank Park, in the football stadium of Eintracht Frankfurt.

Are there on-site parking facilities?
Yes, parking spaces are available on-site.
Parking spaces Gleisdreieck, Waldparkplatz and Isenburger Schneise are available for parking.
Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
The stadium is covered. The event is weatherproof.
Is there a minimum age?
Fans of all ages are welcome. Children up to the age of 10 are admitted free of charge. There is no seating entitlement. Starting at age 11 kids will need a ticket. Musicians should be at least 16 years old or accompanied by their parents.
Is the event accessible for people with disabilities? Are wheelchairs available for rental?
The event is accessible for people with disabilities, and wheelchair spaces are available in the stadium. Please note that wheelchairs cannot be rented. A free carer ticket is automatically provided with each wheelchair ticket.
Access for disabled guests is via the Adler Business Club entrance, located between staircases 5 and 7 on level 0 of the main stand. Elevators are available to reach the wheelchair platform on the first floor.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, the stadium has chairs. You will be able to sit in your selected area.
Can I bring pets to the event?

How long will the event last?
Until around 11:00 p.m.
When should I arrive? When does the event start?
The event starts at around 8:00 p.m. A pre-program will be offered from 7:00 p.m. Admission is from 6:00 p.m.
Can I bring food and drinks or buy them on-site?
There is an extensive range of food and drinks available. Bringing drinks is only allowed in Tetra Pak packaging up to 500 ml.
You’ll find a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes at the event. Please note that vegan and gluten-free options cannot be guaranteed.
Will there be any light and show effects?
Yes, the show includes lights, fire, pyrotechnics and acrobats..
Can I take photos and videos during the event?
Yes, taking photos and/or videos is allowed.

Are there toilets available on-site?
Yes, the venue has toilets.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend that you ask the event staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to ask on site, please contact ticketing@thegrandjam.com.
What happens in case of event cancellation?
In case the event has to be canceled, we will notify via email and give you more information about the next steps.
Tickets
Can I buy tickets on-site?

Please note: Tickets will be available on site depending on capacity, we invite everyone to get a ticket online to make sure you can get in.

What ticket categories are available? What is included in the tickets?
In "Category 1 – Lower tier" and "Category 2 – Upper tier," seating is unreserved (green and red areas). If you choose a ticket in the "Premium Category – Lower tier," you can select your preferred seat and enjoy the concert with the best view of the musicians.
Wheelchair and VIP seats (blue and gold areas) must be booked directly through: ticketing@thegrandjam.com.

Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange conditions?
Subject to availability, date changes are permitted before the scheduled start time of your experience. In such cases, please contact us and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. Kindly note that we only host one event per year in each city.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Simply tap on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app for your ticket. Please contact us for further assistance. Don't forget to provide your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you haven't installed the app yet, open the Apple Store or Google Play to download it.
