ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
The experience is open from 10am to 10pm (last entry at 9pm). Your ticket is valid at any time within the operating hours on the session day purchased.

Please note that weekends are typically the busiest, with expected wait times of 30–45 minutes during peak hours.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to the venue directly: +97143673696.

Is there parking available?

Paid parking is available near the venue.

Is the venue accessible?

Part of the exhibition will take place on a mezzanine that is not wheelchair accessible, so unfortunately the experience is not fully accessible. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Is the venue accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event will not include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/ exhibition?

Chairs will be available throughout the exhibition, but as this is an art exhibition and walking around the rooms to fully experience the artwork is encouraged.

Will there be an audio guide?

No, this experience does not offer an audio guide.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Are refunds and exchanges allowed?

If you have selected a ticket for a specific date, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience.

If you have selected a weekday/weekend flexible pass, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the last day of the exhibition and only if all tickets within your order have not been used.

If you need assistance with a change of date, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
