Replacing the Circuit Board in the Vulintus Liquid Dispenser

Updated 8/5/2016

  1. First, you might want to drain and remove the syringe reservoir from the dispenser to avoid any spills. You should be able to disconnect the tubing and leave it in place for this process.

  1. Next, if you haven’t already, unplug the liquid dispenser from the power/trigger cable.

  1. Grasp the timing adjustment knob and pull outward to remove the knob. It may be on there quite tightly, but it is only held on by friction.

  1. Using a 5/64” hex wrench, remove the 4 screws on the circuit board cover. Note that this will also remove the plastic bracket for the syringe and pinch valve, because the same screws hold both sides in place.

  1. With the screws removed, you’ll see a wire connecting the circuit board to the pinch valve through the metal frame. Unclip and disconnect the wire at the white connector on the back of the circuit board.

  1. Remove the circuit board from the cover by separating the top and bottom parts of the cover.

  1. That’s it! You’ve removed the circuit board and you can now replace it.

  1. Installation is the reverse of the above steps.
