Student Report Card e-signature

Students achieve higher when they receive feedback and when parents and teachers communicate. In an effort to better help our students achieve, we are asking that you “sign” your child’s digital report card. It is called an e-signature.

How to view your child’s report card and submit an e-signature:

• Log in to Skyward Family Access
• Click  Portfolio
• Under the Portfolio-attachments, click on the Report Card attachment link
• A dialog box will appear that looks like this-

First, read the Electronic signature agreement and click on I Agree,

then click Submit Signature

• You will not need to actually sign anything. The Signed By and Date signed fields will automatically populate your information.

• The Report Card report will then be viewable and your e-signature will be recorded in the system.
