To stop feeling powerless and pressured, you have to get rid of negativities. In the second paragraph on page seven, it writes that: “Part of the answer to dropping this weight off your shoulders lies in learning to let go of the negative things in your life. Once you do, you are able to move ahead to a state of higher power. When you are in a state of higher power you let go of blame, judgement, anger and negativity.” When you feel exhausted and stressed, let go of the negativities around you. Think positive and trust yourself that you can finish your work. Once you think positive, the work progress will get more effective and you can finish your work much more quicker. You spent your time focusing instead of blaming and judging with anger and negativity. The heaviness on your shoulder will naturally decrease and you won’t feel that stressed as you think positive about your situation and the future.
