Please consider doing one or more of the following to show your support for Ukraine and help save innocent lives from a tyrant:

  1. Be mindful of the information you read, share, and act upon: There is a lot of misinformation out there regarding the cause and effect of this war. Please be mindful of the information you read and the information you share online or with others. Do some quick research regarding the publisher of the information you read and share, and double check that information versus other credible sources.

  1. Donate to a credible organization providing military and/or humanitarian aid: See below for a few credible organizations supporting the Ukrainian military and civilians affected by the war that you can donate to (note: if you want to donate but are struggling navigating the sites and transferring money overseas, please contact me and we’ll figure out a solution)

Defense/Military Aid:

  • SaveLife: Established in 2014, SaveLife provides Ukrainian soldiers with protective equipment (e.g., thermal scopes, night vision devices, drones). They also provide training, psychological and medical assistance to soldiers and veterans

Humanitarian Aid:

  1. Attend a gathering in a city near you to show your support for Ukraine: See here for information on upcoming events and rallies

  1. Contact your state representatives and urge them to support providing more defense aid to Ukraine: Kyiv, Kharkiv, and other major cities are being bombarded with Russian missiles and bombers. The Russian military is targeting not just military bases but civilian areas. We have the power to help stop these terrorist attacks by contacting our lawmakers and urging them to supply Ukraine with more anti-aircraft and anti-tank equipment, as well as medical and fuel supplies. See here to find your State Representative in Congress.

If you’d like to help, please don’t wait. Every minute counts! Together, we will win!
