Maslan provides services to women from all over the Negev who are victims of physical, sexual or emotional violence. The Center operates a 24-hour telephone hotline, a shelter for battered women and their children, legal aid for women who cannot afford legal services, support groups for victims of sexual violence, including incest and rape. Maslan is also an agent of social change, and works to enhance the community's understanding and awareness of violence against women through lectures and workshops in all contexts, including elementary and secondary schools, university departments, army units and social service institutions.

The Haifa Women's Coalition is a unique group of four registered non-profit volunteer organizations working together: the Haifa Rape Crisis Center, Isha L'Isha - Haifa Feminist Center, Haifa Battered Women's Hotline and Kayan - Feminist Organization for Arab Women. The Haifa Battered Women's Hotline provides a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, community education and outreach, support group for women leaving shelters, counseling, legal aid and representation and placement in safe housing - shelters or alternative housing. Volunteers from the hotline will accompany women victims to the police, court, hospital, social workers and other community service agencies. The Hotline runs Israel's only National Hotline for the Prevention of Domestic Violence. Services are extended to callers in five languages: Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, English and Amharic.

The Haifa Rape Crisis Center purpose is to serve victims of sexual violence, incest and sexual harassment and their friends and families. The Center provides direct aid through their 24-hour hotline and counseling for victims. The Center's volunteers accompany victims to police stations, hospitals and courts. In addition, the Center conducts workshops, lectures and counseling to social workers, high school counselors, ulpanim, hospitals and army personnel. The Center just opened an outreach and educational program geared towards Ethiopian women. The Center conducts professional training through their Hospital Personnel Training Project, Local Welfare Offices Project and the Police Force Enrichment Project
