1. The Company shall mean Jazz Events Ltd whose trading names are Tattoo Freeze, The Manchester International Tattoo Show, The Great British Tattoo Show, Tattoo Jam, Camper Mart and Camper Jam.
  2. In signing the order confirmation you, ‘The Customer’ or ‘Agent’ agrees to place one or more advertisements with Jazz Events (hereinafter called ‘The Company’) on the terms and conditions herein stated.
  3. The Company reserve the right to refuse to insert any advertisements which they consider unsuitable for publication, and shall not be liable for failure of an advertisement to appear for any cause whatsoever.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for damage to, or loss of artwork or other advertising material.
  5. Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours to: Jazz Events, 2 Marcher Court, Sealand Road, Chester CH1 6BS or by email to the account handler.
  6. In the event of copy or necessary information not being supplied on time, The Company reserves the right to repeat any previous advertisement or design an advert for The Customer which will include the Customer’s company address and contact details when available.
  7. The Company may create an advertisement on behalf of The Customer, if material is not received by the agreed deadline.
  8. Supplied artwork must be sent at 300dpi in CMYK in pdf format. The Company is not responsible for the appearance of any items supplied in the incorrect format.
  9. The Customer or Agent must notify the Company as soon as is reasonable by either email or fax of any inaccuracy or changes that need to be made.
  10. Maximum of 3 amended proofs to be issued per Customer or Agent.
  11. All advertisements are accepted on the understanding that any descriptions relating to goods or services do not in any way contravene the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
  12. Credit terms: Strictly 30 days from invoice date.
  13. Failure by The Customer to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms may result in interest and compensation being applied to your account in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  14. Optimised web pages containing your company name and information may be submitted to search engines at the expense of The Company.
