Background

Justice for Breonna Taylor

Breonna Taylor was an EMT in two hospitals during the pandemic. One month ago, Louisville Police Department performed an illegal, unannounced drug raid on her home. Not a single officer announced themselves before ramming down her door and firing 22 shots, shooting Breonna 8 times, killing her.

Arrests of the officers involved must be made NOW.

Justice for Ahmaud Arbery

On February 23, 2020, 25 year-old Ahmaud Arbery was chased and shot down by a father and son. He was just jogging around the block. No one has the right to pursue, attack and kill an unarmed, non-threatening individual.

Please sign the petition to seek justice for Ahmaud Arbery.

Justice for George Floyd

George Floyd was murdered by a Minneapolis police officer. George was handcuffed and restrained while being completely cooperative. The officer put his knee on George’s neck, choking him for nearly 9 minutes while George screamed that he could not breathe.

Get the attention of Mayor Jacob Frey and DA Keith Ellison to have the officers involved in this crime be fired and arrested immediately.

Justice for Tony McDade

Tony McDade was a transgender black man who was shot and killed by Tallahassee police without warning. This was all because Tony appeared to have matched the description of a stabbing suspect police were looking for.

Sign the petition to hold the Tallahassee Police Department accountable.

Raise the Degree

Derek Chauvin is guilty. What he did was premeditated/planned because it’s well known that the chokehold is deadly. Raise the degree.

This is first degree murder. People of color will not be silenced by this system any longer.

Educate Children on Racism Through School

Most people are unaware that racism takes place everyday. Our solution is to reach the ones that actually affect our future: our children. We need to educate our children on race, racism, its history, its effect, and its origin. Integrating a mandatory history course for grades K-12 to educate our youth on these topics.

We are looking for support from all communities to draft a bill to bring to the School Board of Education.

Hands Up Act

We know how so many people of cultural minorities are in constant fear of leaving their household. Every single week we hear about another unarmed innocent vulnerable human being shot by the police. We need legislation now that prohibits police officers from shooting unarmed citizens.

Support this bill that protects people who have every right to feel threatened by law enforcement.
