• “Getting ducks in order”, have had increasing trend of communication and planning
• Planning use of co-ops is a positive
• Nothing seems wrong, wants to continue
• Everything demonstrated seems clear
• Good job on identifying risks
• Keep sending out agendas a day or two early
• Sponsors encourage having broken down tasks for them to do
• Wants us to consider if resources could be used to save us time - be sure to ask for help
• We can take advantage of sponsor knowledge
• Highlight and summarize what future sprints are about - put it in an email for Wednesday
• Try to get our hands dirty as soon as we can
• We won’t hurt any feelings by saying we don’t need to meet everyone, plan meetings a bit ahead of time
