Three Journals have accepted to publish papers based on the ACMPT2017 “A.D.Solovyev-90” conference talks in special issues, in addition to Springer (http://acmpt.ru/page_id=173&lang=en). With or without a Program Committee advice, the authors will be fully responsible (although, the authors are welcome to follow PC recommendations) for their submissions including the choice of a Journal and the usage of Journals’ templates. Note that the way to submit depends on each Journal. All papers will be refereed in a usual way. The deadlines (provisionally 31.01.2018 for QUES and MSTA, 30.11.2017 for RT&A) and other information for submissions will be advised shortly.

Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications (QUES) [https://link.springer.com/journal/11134, special issue guest editors Dmitry Korshunov & Alexander Veretennikov] is a well-established journal focusing on the theory of resource sharing in a wide sense, particularly within a network context. The journal is primarily interested in probabilistic and statistical problems in this setting. QUES welcomes both papers addressing these issues in the context of some application and papers developing mathematical methods for their analysis. Among the latter, one would particularly quote Markov chains and processes, stationary processes, random graphs, point processes, stochastic geometry, and related fields. The prospective areas of application include, but are not restricted to production, storage and logistics, traffic and transportation, computer and communication systems.

Officially cited as: Queueing Syst. The official acronym QUES is complemented by QUESTA which is popular among researchers.

Reliability: Theory & Applications (Electronic Journal) [http://www.gnedenko-forum.org/Journal/index.htm] has been publishing by Gnedenko Forum since January 2006. The Journal covers various fields of Risk Analysis (reliability, safety, security, survivability, anti-terrorism defensive ability, quality control, reliability testing, queuing models, and other related topics). Theoretical and applied papers, reviews, memoirs, and bibliographical materials on the topics can be subjects of publication. Purely theoretical papers have to contain new problems and/or new solutions, finger practical applications and should not be overloaded with clumsy formal materials. Priority is given to clear practical applications and case studies. Papers presented for publication are directed to the members of the Editorial Board for refereeing with exceptions only for papers presented by Associate Editors who can personally recommend papers for publication.

Publication in Electronic Journal Reliability: Theory & Applications is equal to publication in other International scientific journals.
