Curating Compassion - Benjamin

The pushing boundaries, making and strengthening connections and opening ourselves up to others can make us feel vulnerable. Whilst that vulnerability can be wonderful, it can bring up or amplify feelings such as nervousness, anxiety, guilt, jealousy and self-deprecation.

This workshop will use principles of mindfulness and personal reflection to work at identifying, and then resisting, negative thoughts. In learning to resist negative thoughts, we will equip ourselves with techniques to help us turn self-criticism into self-compassion.
