2 T. Tandoori spice mix (Penzeys recommended)
1 c. plain yogurt
1 lime, juiced
1 t. honey
1 - 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders
Mix all ingredients except chicken and pour into a plastic zip-top bag.
Pierce chicken tenders with a fork and place in the bag.
Marinate for 8-24 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the tenders 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
