OUR PURPOSE

Harper Wilde is a relatable brand that brings sophisticated humor into the over-sexualized lingerie industry. We streamline the purchasing experience for women by simplifying the number of options from 200+ at our competitors, to just 5 core styles, and by offering free home-try-ons. Our simplified designs make things easier for our customers, and allow us to create bras that can be sold at a fair price for our customers. In this way, we will empower women by providing them with more fairly-priced products, at nearly half of what competitors charge. Finally, a percentage of every bra purchase will be donated to help put girls through school - further building on our mission to empower women. Are you obsessed about consumer insights and creating marketing campaigns that resonate with customers?

Do you love using data to create customer-centric marketing strategies? Do you obsess over acquisition targets and enjoy thinking creatively about how to create growth when all obvious channels have been exhausted? Do you love a good pun?

Harper Wilde is seeking a Growth Leader to build and manage customer acquisition across several channels. In this role, you will use a deep understanding of who our customer is to develop a marketing strategy that will achieve growth across a number of channels. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand messaging and positioning is consistent across all channels, as well as targeted to each core segment.  

We have proven product-market fit, and are looking for a leader who is motivated by the idea of building a scalable growth engine from the ground-up.  You must be comfortable and excited by working as an individual contributor at the start (amongst a collaborative, highly-motivated, highly-punny team), and should also be excited by the opportunity to build out your team as we grow.
