1. Sign up for the February Freeze meet now (Meet is 2/13-14).  Entry closed 1/27.  This is the last chance to make the state meets and is a great meet for all levels!  We can still add athletes if you missed deadline.

1. The 24 hour Athlete - read more Athletes aren’t only athletes while they are at the pool in our case, but try behaving like an athlete all the time.  (how you eat, sleep, dress for cold, view stress in your life, work on mobility and strength)
