Executive Summary

The objective of The Foster Care Faith Fellowship is a non-profit program that provides aged out foster youth (18-23yrs old) attending college with a family like support system and a monthly allowance.

Products and Services

The program would provide foster children with support such as being mentors, providing monthly packages (boxes with toilet paper, soap, food, etc.), monthly allowance, schedule events (trips, seminars about adult living, volunteer activities, internships, etc.)

Market Analysis

There would be no competitors against the program because it is non-profit. I would reach out to sponsors asking for donations. The donations does not necessarily have to be money but can be anything from backpacks socks, canned goods, school supplies; simply anything that is useful.

·      Position: Take pictures/videos of activities with have with the foster youth.

Financial Plan

The outcome start up expenses is about $21,000 each year to support 5 foster youth, and obtain an office. These expenses are primarily associated with needs for an office, monthly care packages, monthly allowance, and operations. I plan to obtain these funds by reaching out to generous sponsors/donors (at least 10).

Start Up Expenses:

Office: $1000 month (may vary)

Monthly allowance: $50 per child

Monthly care packages: $50 per child

Annual trips: $1500 per child
