IF A MEMBER RECEIVES A PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, THEY MAY RETURN IT FOR A REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  1. A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA) MUST BE SUBMITTED TO CASEY’S WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE SHIP DATE. NO GOODS MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM CASEY’S. PLEASE VISIT CASEYS-DISTRIBUTING.COM MEMBER RESOURCES TO FILL OUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA). YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT CASEY’S VIA EMAIL AT RETURNS@CASEYS-DISTRIBUTING.COM OR PHONE (402) 334-3485. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CONTACT CASEY’S VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE WEBSITE TO FILL OUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA). PLEASE HAVE YOUR INVOICE OR ORDER NUMBER READY FOR REFERENCE.

  1. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY CASEY’S IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND MUST INCLUDE ALL ACCESSORIES. PLEASE PACK SUFFICIENTLY TO RESIST DAMAGE IN THE RETURN PROCESS.

  1. ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED AT THE MEMBER’S EXPENSE UNLESS IT IS CASEY’S MISTAKE OR A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. A RETURN LABEL WILL BE SENT TO THE MEMBER AND PRODUCTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY CASEY’S WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE ISSUANCE OF AN RMA#.

  1. UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS WITH DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PACKAGING, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND SOME “ONE OF A KIND” ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO ORDERING. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO REPLACE DAMAGED PACKAGING.

  1. A RESTOCKING FEE EQUAL TO 20% OF THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT WILL APPLY TO UNDAMAGED RETURNS.
