This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made from Elevate Wellness Circle (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the following digital offering:
Integrated Gentle Reset
A self-paced digital wellbeing programme that includes:
• Weekly Internal Stability Framework™ content
• Daily Emotional Anchors
• An Internal Shifts Log used as a reflective practice throughout the programme
• An Ongoing Practice version of the Internal Shifts Log for optional continued personal use beyond the 52 weeks
The programme is self-paced, educational, and reflective in nature, designed to support personal awareness and internal stability. It does not provide therapy, counselling, coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
All services are digital in nature. Access begins once programme access is activated and delivered digitally.

2. General Principles

• All sales are final except where expressly stated in this Policy
• The programme is educational, motivational, and reflective in nature
• Participation is voluntary and self-directed, and outcomes depend entirely on individual engagement
• We do not guarantee specific emotional, mental, behavioural, or wellbeing outcomes
• Refunds are not provided based on personal preference, perceived lack of results, emotional expectations, or misunderstanding of the programme’s non-clinical and non-therapeutic nature

3. Non-Refundable Nature of the Programme

Due to the digital nature of the programme and access being granted within 24 hours of purchase, the Integrated Gentle Reset is non-refundable.
This includes access to all written content, daily messages, and reflective tools provided as part of the programme, regardless of the level of participation or completion.
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, refunds will be handled strictly in accordance with those legal requirements.

4. Exception — Non-Delivery by Us

If we are unable to deliver the remaining programme content due to reasons solely attributable to us, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Refund calculation:
Refund = (Undelivered Weeks ÷ 52) × Programme Fee
Example:
If 10 weeks are undelivered and the programme fee is SGD $397:
Refund = (10 ÷ 52) × 397 ≈ SGD $76.35
This example is illustrative only and does not constitute a guarantee of refund eligibility.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if issues arise due to:
• User error or failure to log in
• Device, browser, or internet connectivity issues
• Email delivery issues (including spam filters or inactive inboxes)
• Temporary platform maintenance, updates, or outages
• Personal circumstances, emotional responses, or subjective dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding of the programme’s scope, intent, or reflective nature

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of programme access.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation, including acceptance of this Refund Policy at the time of purchase.
