Collected Evidence of 2024 US Presidential Election Illegitimacy

Written and Gathered by: Concerned Citizens of the USA and the World

Introduction

On November 6, 2024, Donald Trump was declared the winner of the 2024 U.S. presidential election. This was despite the fact that enthusiasm for his campaign and attendance at his rallies had dwindled, and the public was galvanized to vote against Trump due to his authoritarian policies. Furthermore, the opposite happened with his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris; despite flaws in her campaign and policy, she continued to enjoy significant social media buzz and crowded rallies right up until Election Day.

The public had known for a long time that a “fix” was in to rig the election in Trump’s favor, which had been spoken about by figures supporting his campaign such as billionaire Elon Musk and House Speaker Mike Johnson, as well as adversarial world leaders such as Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu.

On and before Voting Day, there were reports of many bizarre incidents such as ballot boxes being set on fire, bomb threats being called into polling stations from Russia, and votes for Harris not being counted or being returned. These reports increased in number in the days after Voting Day, along with discrepancies in the results. The final election results showed that Trump won the Presidency, the Senate and the popular vote, and would be likely to win the House – completely incongruous with the atmosphere at the time.

While there were many explanations as to why Trump won and Harris lost, we firmly believe that the primary reason was election tampering by Musk, Putin, Trump himself, and other malicious actors. We therefore present as much of the evidence as possible in this document, with the hopes that anyone with doubts about the results can read this document and learn the truth, and that people around the world in favor of freedom, democracy, and basic human rights can band together and demand that these fraudulent results be overturned. The right wishes to divide us and splinter us; any different factions of our movement are either giving up or pointing fingers at other groups, and we wish to unite under the knowledge that the election “results” were due to an orchestrated fascist coup that must be overturned as soon as possible. If we stay divided, we play into their hands. If we unite, we can stand up to this treachery.

One more thing: there are sources out there debunking some of the evidence, such as the “18-20 million missing votes” merely being due to them not being counted yet. While it is unknown whether those sources are true or not, the evidence that Trump’s allies committed fraud is so abundant and so varied that it is difficult to deny otherwise. We will therefore present all evidence that has been presented, short of known misinformation, but it is the reader’s decision whether to believe it or not. Furthermore, we are not writing a Wikipedia article or an academic paper here; we are merely collecting tidbits of information in one place. You may consult this Substack article for common counter-arguments against our theory and possible explanations for such.

First-Hand Reports of Ballot Tampering

In the days following the election, reports began to pour in of votes not being counted or reported in various ways. This tab will collect many of those first-hand testimonies, as posted on social media.

This Thread (archive link here) was one of the earliest high-profile reports of anecdotal evidence of votes not being reported. Many users were quick to reply with first-hand accounts of such. For example, one link by user “thewildstormyone” reported that their and their husband’s ballots were never received. Another user, “heathererdmannpilates”, never received a mail-in ballot and was barred from voting in the first place. Yet another user, “knightsfolly” attests that they and their daughter turned in ballots in person, yet their online records were never updated. The replies to the post contain many such accounts.

This New York Times article (archive link here) tells of Helen Wu, a voter in Pennsylvania (a swing state) living in Chicago, attempting to receive a mail-in ballot and running into obstruction, including one ballot being marked as “undeliverable”, nullifying any requests for future ballots. This forced Wu to file a form to cancel the first request, to the point that she was forced to return home to Pennsylvania to vote in person.

This Business Insider article (archive link here) tells of how many younger voters’ ballots were rejected merely because they were unable to sign their votes in cursive.

Screenshots and Direct Testimonies

One voter in New Jersey, who wished to remain anonymous, sent in a mail-in ballot request one week before the due date, and never received it. They were met with trouble, confusion, and ultimately rejection in the process of trying to receive a mail-in ballot.

Multiple Threads users expressed frustration at their ballots not being counted. One user points out that Trump operatives illegally accessed voting software in Georgia.

One voter in Kansas voted in the 2024 election, but when they looked up their voting status, it claimed that the last time they voted was in 2022.

Another Pennsylvania voter sent in a ballot on October 10, which was received on October 15. As of November 7, the ballot was marked as “returned”. Please note that this may mean that the ballot was counted after all; we are merely including it here to be exhaustive.

The Centre County, Pennsylvania Board of Commissioners has acknowledged that there have been problems when importing mail-in ballots. It was later confirmed (archive here) that there were difficulties in scanning mail-in ballots, and that the county flipped from Trump to Harris after results were re-counted.

One person attested that their ballot was received 1 week before the election. On or after Election Day, their ballot was marked as “not received”.

In Montana, one poll worker claimed that the election was called for Trump even before ballots were counted. The worker’s own ballot was marked as “accepted” rather than counted.

A few days before the election, CNN reported that a driver in Florida found a box of early voting ballots discarded in the middle of the road.

One voter reported that the voting machine at his polling place broke down on Election Day and needed to be replaced, allegedly having “problems connecting to the satellite”. While a satellite network may have been used to help with voting, a common accusation was that Elon Musk’s Starlink satellites were used to directly tamper with votes, which will be elaborated on elsewhere in this document.

One voter’s vote in California was never registered despite three attempts.

One voter’s vote was not counted due to a “discrepant signature”, in accordance with the above Business Insider article.

Some states were called for Trump prematurely, even with 0% of the vote counted.

The election was called for Trump at 54% reporting, with some states not even past 70%.

Absentee ballots in swing states were arbitrarily challenged and effectively nullified. These challenges were mass-produced. While some voters were able to withdraw the challenge and have their votes counted, not all did, and it was an “opt-in” option – making it a form of voter suppression.

More reports of ballots being rejected due to a signature mismatch.

All USPS mail in the Virgin Islands has been held up by 3+ weeks as of the election, due to a “robotic labeling issue” in Florida. Trump’s appointee Louis DeJoy remains in charge of the USPS, even during Biden’s presidency.

On November 19, AP reported (archive) that many ballots (under DeJoy’s USPS) were misdirected and incorrectly routed to completely different states.

Evidence for Hacking

Ample evidence exists that suggests that the “results” of the 2024 election were caused by tampering with technology, i.e. hacking voting machines. Here, we collect assorted evidence of Trump’s allies learning how to hack voting machines and/or having access to hackers. Much of this evidence points to Elon Musk and his Starlink satellite network being involved in some capacity.

Trump’s allies attempted to access voting system software in 2022-23. This PBS news article (archived copy here) is from 2022. However, it corroborates the above, describing security footage in which two Trump allies breached a voting machine in Georgia.

A Dominion voting machine from Michigan was sold on eBay.

The Republicans ran an experiment on a Dominion voting machine to learn if it could be hacked, albeit allegedly for the purpose of evaluating the 2020 election.

George Hotz is a skilled hacker and “frenemy” of Elon Musk. He was hired to work on X (formerly Twitter) in 2022-2023. While his involvement with the 2024 election has not been confirmed or stated, he is but one of many hackers that Musk has at his disposal.

On November 7 2024, various government agencies including the FBI and Pentagon (still under Biden) raided the home and business of GOP higher-up Alfie Oakes. This included DCIS, which tackles “illegal transfer of US technology to foreign entities”, cybercrimes, and hacking. Oakes was present with Michael Flynn on election night, and was a major supporter of the January 6 riots. This may be a sign that investigations are occurring behind the scenes. However, we must not remain complacent, in case the worst happens.

This Guardian article details how a MAGA-aligned Colorado election official, Tina Peters, gave access to voting machines to outsiders and leaked information online prior to October 2024.

This thread has a video embedded from Joe Rogan’s podcast in which he says that he had access to an app from Elon Musk where he knew the election results hours in advance.

This Tiktok, while difficult to parse, explains how Musk’s Starlink network was used to connect to voting machines, especially in swing states, and how it cannot “split” votes that it counts due to its Linux-based architecture. The use of Starlink has been purported from places such as Tulare County, CA. The process is summarized in this tweet:

On November 10, 2024, a Starlink satellite was reported by Fox Weather (archive) as having broken down and fallen to Earth. While the link is unconfirmed, it is theorized that this was because Musk used his Starlink satellites to tamper with the election results and then attempted to destroy the evidence, although the data is typically stored in ground stations. This is not solid evidence, but should still be considered at the reader’s discretion.

On November 13, 2024, Polymarket CEO Shane Coplan was raided by the FBI, who seized all of his electronics. Coplan is yet another person in Trump and Musk’s orbit, and his platform is backed by Peter Thiel.

Of note is the fact that Polymarket’s predicted election results map (which was retweeted by Musk) matched that of the eventual actual results.

On November 19, 2024, it was brought to attention that all Dominion voting machines contained a hardcoded backdoor password, “dvscorp08!”, that could be used to manipulate votes. The password has also been seen on the apparel of Trump supporters, hinting that they knew of the exploit.

Threats of Violence

Numerous threats of violence were used to intimidate likely Democratic voters.

Russian Bomb Threats

This Substack article (archived copy here) and this New Republic article (archived here) detail how Russia sent bomb threats to polling stations in five states: Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, all swing states. The number of such threats is notable in that, for example, thirty-two polling stations in Fulton County, Georgia were met with threats. While some polling stations extended their hours, this had an undeniable impact on the results of the election.

The bomb threats were noted by the FBI, and were traced to Russia.

Ballot Box Burnings

Multiple ballot boxes were burned in swing states, with the most being reported in Georgia. Many of these attacks happened prior to Election Day.

Remarks by and Meetings Between Trump and his Allies

Prior to the election, Donald Trump and his allies have dropped hints that the election was to be rigged in some way. These remarks are very telling given what we know now, and shows that they knew that the “fix” was in beforehand.

The Rachel Maddow video in this thread (archived here) highlights Trump’s infamous “I don’t need your votes” statement.

In an interview with WISN News one day before the election, Trump hints at knowing the results well in advance.

In this article (archived here), journalist Bob Woodward is cited as revealing that Putin likely had blackmail material on Trump.

Crunching Numbers

Many social media users have remarked that the “results don’t math” when it comes to Trump’s 2024 election win. He achieved a majority granting him the presidency, Senate, popular vote and (most likely) the House, despite widespread aversion to his “Project 2025” agenda, very low turnout and attendance at his rallies, and record turnout and early voting for Kamala Harris. The following Thread summarizes the situation, and each point will be broken down with various pieces of evidence.

Millions of missing votes

This article from Crooks & Liars (archived here) compiles information stated elsewhere in this document, including bomb threats, unreceived mail-in ballots, recounts (which occurred after Trump’s “victory”), and a vote challenge that led to a lead for Trump. It also draws attention to the fact that there were 10-15 million fewer votes than in previous elections despite record levels of turnout and new voter registrations. Furthermore, Trump’s and Harris’ numbers were inconsistent with the general public’s perception, as indicated by attendance at their respective rallies right until Election Day. Please note that the gap closed as time passed, reducing the number of missing votes to 3-4 million; however, the election was called for Trump very early and before many of those votes could be recorded and tallied.

For example, in Michigan, turnout was the highest in the entire state’s history, yet Trump “won”.

This tweet records the number of votes in each of the past three elections, with “turnout” in 2024 being 20 million lower than in 2020.

Dems down the ticket but not for President?

A recurring theme is that swing states voted for Democrats downballot, but Trump for the presidential vote. This inconsistency adds to the questionability of the results. The aforementioned Crooks & Liars article also elaborates on this point.

Miscellaneous Ballot Fraud

Other tactics were used in ensuring Trump’s “victory”, but were not performed on as large a scale as other techniques recorded here. Many of these are related to the postal system; Trump’s appointee Louis DeJoy remains in charge of the USPS, even during Biden’s presidency.

This KRDO article details how two postal workers were charged with stealing and fraudulently submitting ballots in Mesa County, Arizona in October.

Texas did not allow federal monitors in polling places, despite them being an anti-fraud measure.

This article by Greg Palast (archive here) details massive, racially-motivated purges from the Georgia and Winsconsin voter rolls.

Summaries

The following are accounts that attempt to summarize the entire election meddling situation, from different angles.

The Smoking Gun

On November 8 2024, the single most damning piece of evidence came to light.Stephen Spoonamore, a hacking and counterhacking expert with 25 years of experience, provided full Spoutable summary (Threads repost by a different user) of what happened with the election (posted by an account that is either him or someone posting on his behalf). Spoonamore worked with the Obama administration as well as various government firms. Screenshots of the thread are provided here:

In summary: the voting machines were hacked well in advance at the tabulation level to provide a fixed result during a specific time frame. The Russian bomb threats were to provide legal grounds for the Republicans to prevent recounts.

Please note that the same account that posted Spoonamore’s testimony posted a new Thread quoting someone named “Chris” claiming that the elections were not stolen. However, there are things to note:

Spoonamore has not stated that this is his own opinion.
“Chris”’ credentials and explanations are far less detailed than his.
This is a complete 180 from his previous position.

Spoonamore also noted (archive here) that there were a disproportionate number of “bullet ballots” (BBs) in the election – ballots that only had a presidential vote for Trump and no other votes, including for representatives and policies. Notably, swing states had a disproportionately large number of BB’s compared to other states.

Make of this explanation what you will.

The TL;DR Version

You may find this document hard to read, or media outlets may provide counter-arguments to the points within. Here, we’ll apply Occam’s Razor and provide the simplest possible explanation:

Prior to the election, there was a lot of enthusiasm for Harris and very little for Trump, as shown by attendance at their respective rallies.
The results showed Trump gaining control of all three chambers of government, as well as the popular vote. This was not consistent with the public’s reaction.
Many testimonies came in of people’s votes being not counted or canceled.
Trump and his allies gave many hints before the election that a “fix” was in.
Stephen Spoonamore, a veteran expert hacker with many high-profile cases, was able to explain that the election’s results were hacked and how.
Alfie Oakes, a high-profile GOP figure who was seen with Michael Flynn and Elon Musk on election night, was raided by the FBI and Pentagon on November 7 for cyber-crimes and collusion with foreign countries.

Conclusion

Based on the evidence provided above, we firmly believe that there was foul play involved in fixing the 2024 U.S. election in Donald Trump’s favor. We will leave you with some last words from Stephen Spoonamore himself, the same person who provided a full explanation for what likely happened:

I have many times. Said something. My firms have seen issues in a network, we have reported it. It gets acted on. Quickly. Corrective action follows. As it should.

But not if it’s an election issue. Which always baffles me. Every single time.

Since the late 1980s I have seen and said something frequently. I helped uncover multiple foreign and domestic crimes. Mostly financial.. A few fake charities stealing from people. Several efforts from overseas. I was even deported from Singapore, when I showed up to investigate one of those. I took that as a yes, I’d found it.

But after Florida’s 2000 debacle came a political rush to elections. HAVA, the Help America Vote Act would fund every jurisdiction to install touch screen computer voting machines. The people behind the bill include Paul Manafort, Roger Stone and I spent a lot of hours in a lot of offices in DC explaining how HAVA would make our elections vastly less secure, almost certain to be hacked by any party with moderate skills and put every office in our land at the whim of powerful foreign powers. I was ignored. It passed. DREs flooded the nation.

In 2002 I came forward about the first DRE hack I was certain about. I outlined how a vote-swapping piece of code was the only way the senate race between Max Cleland and Saxby Chambliss made sense. I described what it was. Hot denials and indignant hurumphing flew all around. I even got Cleland on the phone. He didn’t want to believe it could be true. Chambliss was certified. Investigations by citizens slowly ground on. Eventually it came out a few people from the DRE company had been running about from machine to machine a few days before the election. They were told they had to install what he was told was a “Clock Patch” to fix the timestamps. That was lie. One temp employee gave the code he had installed to an activist. Who gave it to me. It was a comparison function. Just as I had described. It called two fields.. Compared them. Sent them on based on which was higher. Simple code to steal an election. I passed it to the FBI. Without a chain of custody, and the time having passed. Nothing came of it.

I did have the pleasure c.2006 of having Sen. Cleland call and take me to lunch. He apologized for not taking it seriously at the time, and told me he now knew I was right.

In 2004 I knew Bush’s team would try to steal Ohio. I spent a lot of time preparing to catch them. This was not a DRE attack, it was a MIM or Man-In-The-Middle. Kerry’s Lawyers refused to engage. I was very angry then. For a year Ohio Sec. of State Blackwell refused to even admit the MIM I had found could exist. Until someone leaked the contract that he had paid for it to be built. Then the story changed and it did exist, but only as an emergency backup in case his offices computers could not handle the traffic on election night. But proving it existed drew the attention of lawyers finally. Case went on a long time.

But citizens were learning, in part because of that case. They demanded in most places elections be done on Paper Ballots. Which is good. But politicians demanded we not require they be hand counted, unless very narrow conditions apply. Which is not good.

And over and over I have explained this: By building an insecure election system that system will eventually be used by our overseas adversaries to destroy American Democracy.

And here we are.

I have tried to serve as a good citizen. I vote. I pay attention. I attend public meetings. I been on task forces. Public review boards. Public oversight board. Spent time, sweat and treasure.

I have helped our nation build economic power. Secured her from attack. Helped learn from attacks when we failed. I have tried to strengthen what I think is now our former democracy. I also served as a witness to many efforts to chop away at parts of our soon to be late great democracy.

Many I asked to stop chopping for they did so in ignorance. A few had more often good intentions but hadn’t thought it through. I tried to help.

But there has always been a group who are truly intent on destroying our democracy. They are thirsty for it. And I have spent 1000s of hours and lost many dollars resisting these worst actors. It was part of being a citizen.

I thought our democracy would endure and the public would get through the tougher spots, step up and continue to bend the arc toward justice. ‘

It appears I was wrong. Kamala Harris has two or three days remaining to engage. Elon Musk is now crowing the “Hammer of Justice” is coming for those spreading election hoaxes. Trump is making sure every moment of air time is filled with his kakistocracy choices. Putin is crowing that he provided the final push to help Trump win, and needs his payment made. The worst among us are sharpening knives to cut our nations assets apart for their private gain. Our allies all over the world are in shock and grief. Our enemies are holding all night celebrations. Kamala is silent and Biden held a fireside chuckle-fest with the man who plans to put his family in irons.

Yes. It appears I was wrong about our future. I will in time be proven correct about how Election 2024 was stolen. Elon’s tantrums you can’t trust recounts add validation.

I am not sure what to do next. But, I do know I am done with this phrase: If you see something, say something. For the autocratic horror here in America over the next years. If you see something, STFU, no one will care.

We cannot allow this to come to pass. We must spread awareness of this election trickery as far and wide as possible, and make sure Stephen Spoonamore becomes a household name.
