Mr.K.Moorthi, Assistant professor, has 12 years of teaching experience. He received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in first class with distinction from this college and M.E. in power electronics & drives from Jerusalem College of Engineering.

He received a Grant of 1 lakh from IEDC for student project in the Academic year 2009-2010.

He has taught several subjects including Advanced Digital signal Processing,  Digital signal Processing, VLSI Design, Signals and Systems, Control systems, Digital Electronics, Linear integrated Circuits, Communication Theory etc.

He has guided over 10 UG projects and 3 PG projects in the area of  VLSI and embedded systems.

He is a life member of ISTE and IAENG.

His areas of interest includes Digital VLSI design and Signal processing.
