Dear Business Owner or Manager:

The Ponderosa High School Instrumental Music Program has a long tradition of excellence.  As we try to build on that tradition and try to grow, our self-funded budget cannot maintain the annual costs to keep the program affordable for all families in our community. We are reaching out to you and your company asking for your help in fundraising for our music program.

All money raised will go towards making the music program experience for our students affordable and rewarding.  Your donation will help budget the following expenses:

  • Purchasing team shirts for a unified look
  • New instruments for the program.  Some instruments are over 30 years old and heavily worn
  • New Uniforms. The current uniforms were purchased in the early 2000’s (after we buy instruments)

Our corporate sponsorships allow companies to show their support for the music program either financially or through provision of goods and services. Sponsor levels start at $250 and as high as $2,500. Pre-set reward levels are based on size of donation, or you can sponsor something specific (work with boosters).
