The Court of Popular Opinion & Cancel Culture

(Date Withheld)

“Debunking Everything, Defending Myself & Being In The Right: A Response To My Cancel Culture, Accusations and Possible Allegations” - (Name Withheld)

While cancel-culture, accountability, and justice for crime is essential, it's also important that we listen to everyone's side of the story (even the criminal) before making a final conclusion. I was originally canceled in the first quarter of 2023. I was reluctant to respond to the drama that I caused by accident; I chose to keep it to myself, and thought it's the best way to deal with it. After the parasites of negativity and regret that year, I made an announcement post (with screenshots then added) explaining my ignorance and being in the right. However, I feel that I didn't respond properly, and boundaries also suck as they affect my creativity, career, and what I'm allowed to write, draw, or create. So, I decided to write and publish a defence court document, appeal, or whatever this is called; delving into even more detail and such. Do not attack or harass anyone mentioned, this court document is for informative purposes. I’m not saying that everyone mentioned is in the right or wrong, nor do I support or defend these people for their past actions, or even tolerate or condone actions of any kind. This document is also not meant to attract negative attention or bad publicity. As I am dealing with high-stakes in my personal life, my career is very important to me. If you're uncomfortable with mentions of activity that is illegal, creepy, disgusting, or disturbing, proceed with caution (just know that I'm in the right). No, “I ain't reading allat” is not an excuse to ignore what I have to say.

(To start off, here are the screenshots below that defend me against my accusations and possible allegations; this is proof that all the call-outs against me are bulls**t. I am not revealing my account at the time with the polls. The first two are from my original document. The rest, I found after exploring. Sadly, I don’t have screenshots for the messages; I deleted my original accounts and forgot to screenshot them.)

^Seriously, this is proof that I was a f**king ignorant piece of s**t the whole time.

^After I was more or less canceled, I made these two polls. If cancel-culture is just a fancy term for: The Court Of Popular Opinion, then so be it.

^Seriously, why am I the one who's “canceled” and not this a**hole? How did he get away with this? Admit it Noodiles, this is why only your fanbase knows my s**t, and a small percentage of the community listened to you. You were also canceled first.

^Yeah, “creative freedom, IDR, and cancel-culture” my f**king a**! What other message could that time-stamp imply?

^Do that at the very least, or change the composition. Besides, I checked and Tangerine now has Rule34 fanarts, I am dead f**king serious.

^Even though I was canceled by this mofo, he acknowledged that there are those who are the exception, not the rule.

^I could’ve said “supposed” instead of “alleged,” but oh well.

Yeah, Noodiles, in December of 2021 you told me to be careful with my artwork; and putting certain characters in certain situations, but you were not even specific about it. "Be careful, some creators don't want their characters being put in certain situations, but I don't mind it." Allow me to explain my ignorance, because no one told me that feet are actually NSFW, and telling me to just be careful was not enough. Sure, we can hold people accountable for past actions and red flags, while you happen to follow VoidEyedPanda; a Newgrounds and FNF artist who did NSFW of Frisk and Chara from Undertale. Now he's still active today and you still leave favorites on his work. You also shared NSFW of Jenny the Teenage Robot in your Creepypasta Discord server, which you had at the time. Or better yet, the "personal reasons and constant harassment" from August of 2023; I wonder what people were holding you accountable for. When it comes to avoiding controversy, problematic activity, or being canceled, it sucks to not be educated or know all about it. Therefore, none of my actions were intended. No, I was not stalking Stormy, and it was never my intention to make her uncomfortable, or even make anyone uncomfortable in general. I asked her a curious question, and also said: “Don’t be mad, I want to show appreciation while helping others scratch that itch; this is just a suggestion.” I also didn’t know she was friends with you either. For the fanart, I was ignorant and not an expert when it comes to undertones (or adult jokes/references); I'm a bad judge who had to hurry for a deadline, combined with Doodlepup wanting to eat the cursor. You and everyone else were given the wrong context; I thought I didn’t have to adjust the angle and/or facial expression. I thought the composition was killer, and it sucks that fixing the piece even further turned out to not make a difference. Also, Tangerine’s age wasn’t officially revealed until Doodlepup 2 (this was in summertime after my bulls**t that year). For the blocking, I wanted to see Stormy’s work on Newgrounds and that's it; I didn't know how the muting option on Twitter worked at the time, I didn’t mean to hurt her feelings. Not being able to favorite and support people's work is not fair. In all honesty, my incident and downfall was you and your group’s fault and not mine. I had my DeviantArt phase and you guys set me up, combined with how horrible 2022 was.

We can have a truce and start over, or you’ll meet the consequences with this document. To debunk my accusations as a whole, how was I supposed to know that characters showing feet (and fetish art of any kind) counts as NSFW, meant for adult audiences, and how old a character has to be? No one has told me that in the first place, and I thought a fetish (depends) is innocent and something you find attractive or amusing; not something sexual. I never knew any better, and you people would understand if you knew where I come from (see screenshots attached). Even having: “all characters are depicted as 18 or older,” and “made for fun and not intended to offend” in the descriptions didn't make a difference. How was I supposed to know all of the above in the first place? I don't know, maybe My Hero Academia and Kill La Kill were both lies (as someone who was a teenage-otaku back then, I didn't know jack-s**t). Besides, the feet I draw are smooth, simple, and clean; not detailed or anything else. Everything is important to practice drawing, you know? I know that feet are not for everyone, but I didn’t know it’s actually NSFW. Yeah, I've seen some of you call it: “feet porn,” and I thought porn for objects is emphasis or exaggeration; kind of like SpongeBob watching that sea anemone dancing (sea porn). As much as I wanted to keep my colorful portfolio, I still want to keep my career with all the opportunities I want. I didn't know I would make an adult woman (or anyone else) uncomfortable, even saying to her: “I don't know if you mind it or not,” and that example above. Again, I never meant to make anyone uncomfortable or cause drama; it was never my intention to do so, and I was clueless and ignorant. Guess what? I still grew a positive following since then. Even after I was “canceled,” I still made drawings that got plenty of likes and views, I was also able to participate in many collabs right and left, as well as do paid commissions. What sucks about boundaries is that I might copy a character, design, idea, or illustration without even knowing it; what I'm allowed to draw or create feels pretty limiting, making the creative process truly stressful. This applies to Noodiles, Stormy, and certain people they’re associated with; it’s just not fair. Surprisingly, some of their followers also happen to follow me. We also cannot have the NGCU without Rina and Tangerine, it's just not the same without them. Ask yourself if cancel-culture is everything; because you chronic Twitter users will note that there are possible exceptions.

Noodiles had a channel in his Discord server at the time for role-playing (seriously, that activity is for adults only). If his fans have asked for it, why didn't he tell them that's gr**ming? If he was not canceled for something, then why are other FNF modders using AfroNinja360’s Cassandra, or making their own? Whatever it is that Noodiles or his friends went through, I still have respect for them though. To continue, Kolsan defended a confirmed predator who also killed their own pet. Rebecca Doodles made problematic fanarts without even knowing it; involving urine, dressing minors in lolita cat bikinis, and a pro-shipping piece (child x adult and related by blood). Diives did NSFW with plenty of characters (Peni Parker, Dot Warner, Shampoo, Filia, etc.), and TwistedGrim also did Toga, Mina, and Deku (this was long before the time-skip was published). VoidEyedPanda did Frisk and Chara from Undertale, and Hattsworth did Terezi from Homestuck (multiple times). Rtil did Bocchi the Rock and Momo Ayase, Joaoppereiraus did Dora and Miko Kubota, and ZTV did Jenny The Teenage Robot. Golfinho was a self-proclaimed you-know-what, and he was still working since then. DoopieDoOver (now goes by DoopieDoodles) did Mako from Kill La Kill. These examples above don’t even bother adding that stupid disclaimer. NinjaMuffin99 was caught having NSFW of minors (and other problematic illustrations) in his Newgrounds and Twitter favorites, and he still works today. Trust me, I know plenty of more successful artists/creators who have done NSFW of minors (or have done other problematic stuff/activity), still active today, and are still not considered canceled (unlike ShadMan or Animated-James). Since everyone above is still active and the communities still love them, how are their actions compared to what I've been doing?

Am I sorry? Yes, and in a way that it actually works and I keep my career, rather than me being defeated and losing it (unlike others). In other words, I am not a mother f**king criminal, degenerate, predator, or problematic person of any kind; it sucks to not know what counts as NSFW or illegal activity, along with me as a bad judge in general. I reject all of those labels and I'm none of those things. I know my intentions and difference between artistic expression and harmful behavior; I was curious and ignorant. I am sorry to anyone who I may have hurt, offended, disgusted, and so on; it was never my intention to do so. It's one thing to know internet safety, but it's another to know what can get you canceled, and also what it means to be canceled or problematic; it sucks. I thought problematic means you just have problems, but no, it means stuff that can get you canceled or you being criminal. It also sucks to not know what else is illegal, creepy, disgusting or disturbing. Like, who knows what else would be in the next ten years? In Spring of 2024, thank you guys (and cancel-culture in general) for making me almost die in real life. My skin was pale as f**k, I unhealthily lost weight without exercise, and I couldn't walk properly at night. What I went through was so traumatizing, it's like being sentenced to death. Who said that there's no going back from certain mistakes if you were misunderstood? F**k cancel culture, f**k it straight to Hell and screw you people too. Yeah, you guys think I'm lying because you jump to conclusions; not listening to both sides of the story and also didn't read the descriptions. We can bash on DeviantArt people, while the clueless, ignorant, and under-educated are everywhere. This paragraph here applies to the rest of the document.

If you, your friends (or colleagues), or even the fandoms and communities still disagree, my dad is a formal police officer. I also have access to a lawyer and everything. So, Noodiles, about your statement: “I don't have enough evidence to prove you're a criminal in court.” That's right, not only that, but they'll also view the whole situation as bulls**t, conclude that I'm not guilty with our documents and evidence, and put you behind bars instead. Do you know that falsely accusing someone of a serious crime is also against the law? You're cancel-worthy, not me, and yes, I am Hispanic and a pride-person as well. You’re lucky that I didn’t report your abusive response, because you would’ve had the better idea as a chronic Twitter user. When it comes to cancel-culture, I understand that there are exceptions, but we still have to listen to everyone’s side of the story before making a final conclusion. I'm surprised that there's no commentary videos, no DaysFNF, no nothing for me; just a handful of Tweets that were calling me out. To that, I say: “F**k them, they don't know my side of the story. All of us are obsessed with cancel-culture and criminals, because the industries take everything away from them. They also ignore or reject the alleged criminal's side of the story and then jump to conclusions, even if the criminal is in the right.” In this case, I'm in the right; I f**king win and still get to keep my career, and also be redeemed entirely. As long as we're being happy and creative, that's what matters most. In fact, I’d rather be happy and creative than be right and hold others accountable, but I guess not. As Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel would say: “Everyone deserves another chance,” or whatever it is about believing in redemption and forgiveness. The Care Bears also has messages and stories with the values of understanding, second chances, and the power of love to overcome mistakes and misunderstandings. If only the previous two sentences apply to real life, cancel-culture would be abolished and the world would be a better place; no harsh toxicity at all. I still forgive you guys though.

Anyways, to fix every other loose end that people would think of me, here's what I've also been accused of in addition to the “problematic” fanart; all while debunking them too of course. “He was sending questionable messages to minors.” Oh yeah? There's no screenshots, how was I doing so? If I were to assume, I was in an FNF modding team where we were allowed to be as edgy and crude as we wanted; they had no set of rules in the server. They also had a channel in the server dedicated to semen, and also another for simping on characters. We also discussed about No Nut November (apparently, every birth gender and all ages know it and do it), and also had a Discord bot named: UwU, where you type the command: ‘UwU f**k ‘blank.’’ They were talking and acting sexual and suggestive at times, same thing with certain gifs and memes they were sending. By all means, I would try to help, have concerns, or have my words and thoughts when they brought up topics. Looking back, little did I know that the server and group setted me up all along; as mentioned above, they had the sexual and suggestive stuff to begin with (they posted all that s**t in the server as well as towards each other). I never left that modding team until I was called-out, because I know that everyone's hopes and dreams are important. They also helped me get started with my journey as a game-designer, and they were my friends at the time. The mod I was working for was based on a horror anime, so these kinds of people are to be expected. They don’t even want to leak the screenshots, because they know they setted me up via their messages and Discord server.

When I was accused or called out with my ignorant a** (not for exploitation, but it's explained in the next paragraph), I never knew what p*do (or anything along the lines) meant because I was too much of a normie, and it was hard for me to keep up with English that is too internet and modern. Being a Discord (and social media) user was not easy; I had to ask what certain slang or acronyms mean when it comes to texting English, and eventually got tired of it. So if you want to include Discord leaks or screenshots exposing me, none of that counts; I would consider my situation (me being setted up) combined with what I sent to NOT be exploitation (in other words, I am not a gr**mer). Along with ignorance and being under-educated, the previous two sentences apply to the rest of the document. Anyways, I wonder why James Charles is still having his career and lots of people still love him. Let's also not forget about Mr. Beast's genital comment on Discord. The commentary videos and Reddit posts with Revie03 said that the callouts against her are debatable; she was “kind of” guilty to say the least. Again, I'm just accused and there's no screenshots of me doing so; I'm just assuming for this bullet-point. In my opinion, they should've taught sex ed in 12 grade, not throughout middle school and most of high school; this is so we would not have this s**t right and left. FNF (and sometimes other NG stuff) has references and jokes of sex, genital stuff, and sex appeal; maybe that's another one of those reasons. Above all else, my “gr**ming” situation is like witnessing s**t as a health teacher. Recently, all of Ava Chris Tyson’s accusations and allegations were all confirmed to be baseless by the police, and Ice Spice was hired by Nickelodeon to make a song for a movie (long after her accusations or allegations). I do not support these two women; I’m just telling you what happened.

“He is a self-proclaimed p*do.” Someone was driving me crazy via Discord DMs regarding the barefooted girls, and my brain was also foggy and messed up that day. I decided to play along by giving off that edgy and stupid joke. I even told them not to call me that without having evidence, and that I don't believe in cancel-culture. I also didn’t know at the time that “deny” means the same thing as “doubt,” and should’ve just said no. I also then said to my Discord friends at the time that I thought feet make a character cute or sexy depending on who it is (not knowing at the time that feet are actually NSFW), and the edgy and stupid joke, as well as the deny thing was said with that part too. I guess I gave up on that group and didn’t want that pressure anymore. So if you want to say I'm self-proclaimed, you're wrong. I was setted up, and also nothing but ignorant when it comes to keeping my creative career. The guy who exposed me also happens to follow FNF; the shoe store or brand of shoes, so they’re not a reliable source (the screenshots were also cropped and not even HD). Furthermore, Twitch streamers can say whatever they want, get canceled or kicked off the platform, and shortly come back being A-OK. Guess what? Golfinho still gets to keep his career after being self-proclaimed (even having no heavy boundaries, unlike Minus8/MinusPal); that’s another example. I guess it’s hard for others to tell what is a joke and what isn’t, and we take everything seriously.

“He defends other p*dos and problematic people.” Again, I have nothing but ignorance; how was I supposed to know? I also don’t think there’s any screenshots for this bullet-point either. Just like in an actual courtroom, there's a side that defends the alleged criminal (the defense attorney table). I didn't mean to defend them, I'm a caring person who has a heart for everyone. I didn't know that caring about the world, caring for others and being a nice person can actually backfire; putting myself in other people's shoes and having sympathy. Guess what? The FNF community still loves Kolsan and Newgrounds still promotes him (after he defended a PDF-phile), and Jojo Siwa still has her career after doing the same thing. Let’s also not forget about the accusations against SoftDon (the creator of Cassette Girl) and SuperMega being debunked. Yeah, f**k that Velma-looking ba***rd (figuratively); of course she deserves to be canceled. If I were to put my personal life into this, my dad used to call me a lawyer too; I know that he’s exaggerating and playing around, but that compliment for my sense of caring gave me pride and confidence.

For final thoughts, much like Revie03, Rebecca Doodles, Kolsan, and StickyBM, I'm in the right after doing problematic s**t without knowing it. I'm able to defend myself and still get to keep my career. So if you want to expose me with screenshots and s**t, it doesn't work because you are using the wrong context, don't know where I came from, and don't know my f**king life. I feel that people were doing whatever it takes to get me canceled, and now it's even worse. I also used to not believe in cancel-culture (and thought it’s just the internet) until I experienced that traumatizing pain myself. I seriously blame anime and DeviantArt for my ignorance and for leading me to make bad decisions. Seriously, cancel-culture needs to go to Hell, because this dimension we’re in sucks. Screenshots and polls defending me are also attached. Treat others the way you want to be treated, listen to others (even if you think they're not in the right), be nice to everyone, and be careful with calling people criminals; to have them lose everything and ruin their lives. It is not something that should be thrown around, and you so-called whistleblowers should know the difference between a phile, a person with philia, a predator, a person who was in jail, and a registered offender. Campaigns and movements against predators and creeps don't even let them talk and share their side of the story (you can correct me if I’m wrong though). If they did, their reports and uploads would be reliable; without them it's just pointless. What happened to no one being a criminal until proven in court, evidence and criminals being reported to the authorities instead of posted online, as well as listening to what everyone has to day? I don’t know. Also, no, JavinJavon987 from Twitter is not me. I don't know who tries to expose people while using the default profile picture, and has the guts to defend me as an obscure creator. Besides, I was banned because of a stupid acronym the moderators took regardless of context, so that account is not mine. I thought KYS meant: “Know your stuff,” or “Keep yourself safe,” but no. If Rebecca Doodles can explain her ignorance and actually win against cancel-culture, so can I and anyone else.

Seriously, if you want people who never did problematic s**t or crimes, guess what? Everyone (yes, including you) will be canceled or exposed; trust me when I tell you that everyone has done something illegal or problematic in their lives, one way or another. People will remember what you (and others) do or post, as well as connect the dots. Every fandom and community is filled with chronic Twitter users; they're over-educated smart-a**es (f**king Karens and Kens). How am I supposed to know everything about what not to do, and all of the examples for the bullet-points? Can we possibly be educated enough, be under-educated, or be over-educated (this applies to everyone in the court case)? When it comes to cancel-culture, this dimension we're in sucks like Hell. I may have already won, but hopefully I can still make a difference even further, and also make further amends to better myself. I am willing to learn from my mistakes and move on as a creator. I may have changed painfully, but at least I’m not a fetish artist/person anymore. I can, however, still work my way around it and still appeal to my audience's fantasy; I know that body parts, other than genitals, can still depend on the context and situation. Once again, we can have a truce and start over, all of us together (I am nice enough to offer this). Hopefully I'm able to debunk everything, and unlock all the opportunities that I want. I still love everyone, entertainment as a whole, as well as my hobbies and what I do for a living; I am blessed to have this life, and I love it with all my heart. You guys are all sorts of cool and awesome.

(Once again, here are the screenshots if anyone needs a refresher.)

Anyways, I don't know if you guys know this, but in 2024 I won 2nd place in the Newgrounds Treasure Hunt for the movie section (this was after I deleted my accounts); so I guess I died as a hero. Anyways, Noodiles, if you and everyone else want to have plaintiffness against me, write a document in MLA format. Tweets, threads, Instagram stories, Reddit posts, commentary videos, and more will not cut it. My idol, Baddies Casanova, said he doesn’t care if he gets canceled (this was in the comments section of his thread about Cassette Girl). He also encouraged me to explain that I'm in the right, as a solution to dealing with controversy of any kind. So go ahead and cancel me all you want; at the end of the day, I’m not a bad person. I have explained and debunked everything, and I’m also a Hispanic and a pride-person. If you guys want to apologize to me, or even forgive me, please consider doing so; I am willing to accept it. Anyways, as for why everyone should still care, I can do more than just illustrations; I plan on doing comics, animations, sprites and assets for games, or even OCs for the fandoms and communities. I have access to the resources and dedication to do so. I see a bright future ahead of me, and I’m very excited for what the future holds. Once again, I am sorry, and in a way that it actually works; all the way. I forgive you guys too. All of us can have a truce and start over, and I am nice enough to offer this; I believe in forgiveness, and I am willing to learn from my mistakes and move on. Yeah, my responses from 2023 were garbage because I didn't have that much time to think; hopefully, I did a much better job this time. Remember that if you’re attacked by cancel-culture and you’re in the right, consider explaining your side of the story and debunk your accusations; if you have evidence to back up your claim, that’s also great. Even if the internet is not a courtroom, or you don’t believe in cancel-culture, I encourage you to educate yourself. If Rebecca Doodles can explain her ignorance, not be considered canceled and the community still loves her, why not everyone else? Once again, I’d rather be happy and creative than be right and hold others accountable; not encouraging violence and just focusing on myself. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

(If you guys want a reason to hate me, harass me, or even take away privileges, then it’s your f**king problem. With the document above, I have debunked everything. The rest of this, you do not have to read; I don't know why I feel like including the text below. This is the document from my original persona/accounts.)
