-Visual references are primarily preferred, written references may be denied. In certain cases, such as making a species base or ref sheet, I may accept written references but with certain conditions. Feel free to discuss those with me.

-If the reference provided isn't suitable enough, you will be notified in order to fix that, but if unable to do so, your order shall be denied.

-Contact will be primarily through my FurAffinity, my Skype, or my Discord. Those can all be found in my "Contact Me" section.

-PayPal will be the primary payment source, all transactions in USD($).

-When PayPal is used, if sent yourself for digital art- payment MUST be sent as Goods and Services with no shipping checked, if it is an item to be shipped to you (example: yarn tail) - payment MUST be sent as Goods and Services. Otherwise, I will provide you an invoice.
.
-Guidelines on time to pay will sometimes be on an individual basis, but unless discussed otherwise, payment is usually required within 48 hours of purchase.
.
-On orders for SecondLife or IMVU, payment may include virtual currency such as Lindens/Credits, and will be discussed before purchase.
.
-With the exception to Your Character Here (YCH) pieces, sketches and references, all payment is expected in full after the sketch approval before the piece is completed. YCH, sketches, and references are to be paid in full up front before work is started.

-Besides reference sheets, most orders will be completed at max a month, though some longer. If this is a concern, please tell me. An order should never exceed 6 months without reason.

-Orders may take longer with complicated characters.

-Reference sheets should take at max 6 months, though longer may happen. You will be notified of such.

-If it is going to take longer, you will be notified and how it will be handled will be discussed. Because of PayPal refund policies, if I tell you the work will be longer then 6 months, we can discuss how you'd like that to be handled so to ease concern over the fear of being scammed.

-During the entire time frame you will be provided Work in Progress (WIP) shots of the piece, to show that it is being worked on, along with my personal Trello updated on the status of your project.
.
-Work on an order should start with even the most basic sketching within two weeks of the order places and paid.

-Once work is started on the order, you are unable to get a full refund. The work done will be subtracted from the payment and the remaining amount will be sent to you along with the work completed.

-On all digital art orders $40 or greater, 25% of the price is treated as a deposit, which is non-refundable except in the case I cancel the order.
.
-On all orders that must be shipped, 25% of price along with cost of materials is treated as deposit rendering it non-refundable unless I cancel your order.
.
-If order is canceled by the commissioner before it has been started, a full refund will be issued.
.
-The only way you are entitled to a full refund with work started is if I, the artist, cancel your order.

-If you are found to be in breech of the ToS, it is treated as a termination of our contract on your part and all payments are treated as non-refundable.

-Artwork is non-refundable once completed.

-I claim and hold all copyright over my artwork.

-While your commission is for you and you alone, I am entitled to showcase it as part of my portfolio, able to post it on my websites, art accounts, and the like in order to do so.

-Even if you edit the piece, I must be credited for the original regardless.

-Under no circumstances may you remove, edit, or change my watermark or signatures.
.
-If you are found to be altering/removing my watermark/signature, the artwork will be revoked from you.

-I hold the right to refuse handing out non-watermarked art pieces.

-Unless it is talked about in advance and you have obtained my expressly written permission, my artwork in no shape way or form can be used for profit (ie: advertisements, prints, etc...) This does not include reselling the piece off to a new owner (example: You sell a character I did art of, you can sell off the art to the new owner, as you would a painting that hangs in your home, but no further then that and only at the price it was purchased at, no higher. This is to allow you to resell things but still not allow you to abuse my work for profit as the no profit of my work still stands.)

-You may print out artwork for personal use.

-You may re-post my work but please give proper credit.
