1. Configure cadenced deliveries

On the 'Purchase Orders' page, you can set up and configure cadenced deliveries by splitting your orders into multiple shipments. To do this, click on the calendar icon in the 'Request Date' column.

A window will open, allowing you to schedule your deliveries. First, click the red cross to remove the single delivery option. Then, enter a quantity and select a date for each scheduled shipment. Your inputs are automatically saved, so there's no need to manually confirm. Once you're done, click 'Send.'

Once completed, the scheduled dates and quantities for each delivery will be displayed in the 'Request Date' column.

Note: It's important to ensure that the selected dates align with the lead time provided by your supplier; otherwise, you may need to repeat this process.
