The New Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce’s 61st Annual Antique Market and Craft Show will be held on Saturday, June 17th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the historic center square and surrounding streets.  Event Sponsors, Antique, Craft and Food Vendors are welcome to participate and can get applications and more information by emailing The Chamber at or calling Michele at The Chamber at 717-624-2800.  Vender registration deadline is Friday, June 9th.  Printable agreements and applications are available under Market Day Applications tab.

Volunteers are needed for our 61st Annual Antique Market & Craft Show to be held

 Saturday, June 17th!       Volunteers are needed on the following dates for specific jobs:

Wednesday, June 14, 6:30-7:30                --Post No Parking Signs on the streets surrounding the center .

         Need 4 teams of 2                           square

Friday, June 16, between 8 & 5        .        -- Bring the barricades, tables and chairs from Borough

 Need 8-10 volunteers able to                      building to the Circle    (in trucks/vans provided)

        perform physical tasks                        --Build trash boxes

--Put signs up on posts in the circle

--Hang sign above Chamber door

Saturday, June 17th (Event Day)

5:30-6:30 a.m.--  Need 4 volunteers                --Greeters to direct vendors to their spaces

4-6 p.m. --  Need 10 Volunteers                --Clean-up Detail:   take signs down, return barricades,

able to perform physical tasks                   chairs, tables to Borough building, gather trash, etc.

The next planning meeting for the New Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce’s 61st Annual Antique Market and Craft Show will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd at 6:30 p.m. at The Chamber office at 27 Center Square, New Oxford, PA.  Final tasks will be determined; i’s dotted and t’s crossed! It’s not too

late to join in making our Chamber’s largest fundraiser and community event a BIG Success!  

Stuff the Totes!!!  If you/your business/organization would like to get the word out about what you have to offer to the community, consider donating promotional items for inclusion in 500 tote bags given out to Market Day visitors!  Suggested items:  keyrings, letter openers, pens, highlighters, post it notes w/company name, flyers, coupons, hand sanitizers, etc.  If you would like to donate tote bag goodies, please contact Michele at the Chamber at or by calling the Chamber at 717-624-2800.  All tote bag items MUST be delivered to The Chamber Office at 27 Center Square, New Oxford by Friday, June 9th.  (Stuffing Party is Monday, June 12th!)
