[a]took some notes today, I'll format them in later but so I don't forget, putting them here:
growlithe has double edge
level 18 seadra has hydro cannon
level 12 pidgey knows smokescreen
level 12 clefairy knows headbutt
nidoran F knows baton pass
level 15 poochyena knows guillotine
level 17 charmeleon knows heat wave
level 7 wooper knows bone club and hydro cannon
skitty learns leer at level 31
level 17 voltorb knows swallow, thunderbolt, thunderwave
[b]Nidoran F also knows poison fang
[c]Thanks for the info, I put it in for you, but feel free to change anything if you like.
[d]The Pokemon don't learn those moves at those levels (unless it's mentioned they do). For example Voltorb doesn't learn 3 moves at level 17, but at level 17 it will have those three moves since it would learn them at previous levels. Unfortunately since a lot of these Pokemon aren't in our team it's impossible to know what level which move was learned. Anyway I have more notes that I'll post too. I'll add to the tables as well when I'm more awake. lol Just woke up XD
[e]That's kinda what I was thinking, but apparently, if we look at some of the Gen 3 movesets on Serebii or Bulbapedia, we can match the levels up with the moves, although it's still impossible to be certain of which move was learned when in some cases (multiple new moves, Pokemon doesn't use all of it's moves etc.). I propose we just don't even put level's beside the moves unless we have caught the Pokémon ourselves and know for sure.
[f]Look at my comment below for gen 3 movesets
[g]LISTED: 91
POKÉDEX: 102 (as of 2d 10h 20m)
If anyone could look through the footage and see if they can find anything else, that'd be great: http://www.twitch.tv/twitchplayspokemon/b/519068368
[h]I'll try
[i]It's 42 hours long
[j]but i'll try to find all I can
[k]People, when you insert info check this page: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Category:Pok%C3%A9mon_learnsets_(Generation_III)
check and the moves it knows would be learned at a level equivalent to the level it normally learns a move and remember this is gen 3
[l]Please don't resolve this comment because it will also apply in the future. Thank you :) -anon99
[m]Well, this helps for a lot of Pokémon who gained one new move when we encountered them at a higher-level, but it can't help for various other Pokemon, like our Nincada for example.
We know Nincada has four moves, and that Nincada starts with two moves and learns two more at level 5 and 9, but which moves did he start off with? Which moves did he then learn? The best we can do is guess.
Same with our rival and other Pokémon who learn many new moves by the next time we encounter them, and, considering things like the Pokémon not using all their moves, or us landing a OHKO on the Pokémon, figuring out a Pokémon's moveset can be nearly impossible.
That's why I think we should just not include levels at all, except on Pokémon that we own, or one's whose moveset we've already kept track of.
[n]Well if we encounter the same pokemon at various levels through the game and we record the moves they each have we would eventually gather enough data to piece the puzzle together
[o]Haven't been able to update this in a while... This move was the latest I caught >__< Where is everyone?
[p]Natu should have two starting moves, however I think only one is currently known.
[q]I'm going away for spring break and I wont be back for about a week. I hope by then we are at the elite four with a really powerful team and that we have documented almost every pokemon from gen 3. Keep up the good work! Samuel Oak would be proud. :) -anon99
[r]I can still try to check up every once and a while -anon99 (on vacation)

[u]How do we know Spinerak has two abilities? The randomizer gives every species (except Shedninja) 1 or 2 abilities randomly, regardless of how many it had originally.
[v]I suppose we might have encountered one that didn't Intimidate us, therefore having some other ability. Same thing with Taillow, it didn't get a Speed Boost. I say we leave it so that we know to look out for the other ability, or simply find it when the save is released.
[w]Not being intimidated would be a good explanation, but it's an easy observation to mess up or misremember. We'd need a timestamp to really be confident.
[x]True, it would've been only for a second and people wouldn't really care about it in the chat. We either have to find another Spinarak to confirm this, or watch through the footage of the area Spinarak was encountered again (although that would literally take hours). Whatever this supposed ability is, it's not appearing much over Intimidate.
[y]Anon99 back online for a little while. Its good to see you were doing good work while I was gone. Keep it up! :)
[z]Thank you!

[ab]see Spinerak comment
[ac]The order of these moves is unknown.
[ad]I think shuppets get slash but I'm not sure
