All prices are in USD and are subject to complexity fees

Simple backgrounds (flat color, abstract, patterns, transparent, textures) are included in the base commission price

Extras:

·       Shading: $15

·       Additional characters: $25

Payment:

Payment is through PayPal and in USD only

Commission under $100  require full payment upfront

Commissions over $100 can be split into 2 payments (50% up front and 50% upon completion)

Full resolution images are only available after full payment.

No PayPal chargebacks permitted

During the commission process, I will send updates. These updates include a rough sketch, refined sketch, linework, and the finished piece (subject to commission tier).

Age Restrictions:

When contacting me to inquire about commissions related to adult situations, nudity, and anything generally regarded as not safe for work (nsfw), the client agrees they are legally considered a consenting adult in their country.

If the client resides within the states of Virginia, Mississippi, Utah, or North Carolina, they may be subject to ID verification if the age of the client is unknown/questionable.

Commission Information (what to include):

Commission information should include the following:

·       The level of commission you want (such as a shaded Headshot or a flat color full body)

·       Email address to request payment via PayPal

·       Ref sheets of the character you want commissioned

·       References to clothing and other relevant material you wish to be included

Revisions/Corrections/Edits

4 total Revision/Corrections/Edits allowed

Revision period:

1.       Sketches > major changes (2-3 edits)

2.       Completion > minor changes (2-3 edits)

Major corrections toward the end of the commission require additional payment. Prices are dependent on the extent of the changes.

Cancelation and Refunds:

If I have not started on the client’s commission and they wish to cancel/refund, they will receive a 100% refund.

Once work has begun, the client may request a partial refund, but percentages are dependent on how far along the commission is.

·       Rough Sketch: 80%

·       Refined Sketch: 50%

·       Line Art: 20%

·       Finished piece: 0%

Once the piece has been finished, the client may not request a refund. They may still ask for revisions to change the piece and must follow the revisions/corrections/edits section of the TOS.

Communication Termination:

1.       If during the commission, I do not hear from the client after 14 days of reaching out, the client’s commission is voided. Exceptions may be made for those who preemptively notify regarding a scheduled absence.

2.       If the client reaches out to me concerning a commission, I will get back to them within a week. I will notify them if there is an expected delay. Client may request a full refund if they reach out via discord or FA and I do not respond within the time period.

Licensing and Commercial Use:

I reserve all copyright ownership to the commissioned artwork.

I may use the artwork for portfolios, self-promotion, and examples.

I may not use the work for merchandise.

The client is NOT allowed to:

1.       Use the art commercially (unless stated otherwise)

2.       Use the art for AI training

3.       Relicense the art

4.       Use the art as an NFT

5.       Altering or repurposing the art without consent

The client is allowed to:

1.       Personally reupload, post, and share the commissioned artwork.

2.       Credit is not required, but very much appreciated. ❤️
