Prerequisites

• An Okta account with Admin privileges, which you will use to add the Sightglass integration
• An agreement (verbal or written) with Sightglass for a provisioned organization and account

Supported features

• Service Provider (SP)-Initiated Authentication (SSO) Flow - this authentication flow occurs when the user attempts to log in to the application from Sightglass

Configuration steps

• Add the Sightglass app from the Okta Integration network
• Once added, go to the Sightglass app under Dashboard > Applications

• Select the Sign On tab and copy the Client ID and Client Secret
• Also copy your Okta domain URL from the OpenID Provider Metadata (ex: yourdomain.okta.com).

• Contact support@usesightglass.com with the information copied above: Client ID, Client Secret, Okta Domain.
• Sightglass will finalize your integration and contact you when your Organization and SSO are ready.

SP-initiated SSO

• Navigate to https://i.usesightglass.com
• Login with your email address (this email needs to belong to the Okta organization)
