We would like to remind everyone that this is a new service and we are growing together in our knowledge of the product. While our knowledge base is being established you are welcome to contact us with your question. The option to contact the company directory is also available and is outlined below.

https://www.mnsu.qualtrics.com - is the address you will want to login into with your user name and password. Below is the initial login screen.
After successful login you will be prompted if you have an existing account. If you do not have an existing account click on ”I don’t have a Qualtrics account.” Upon clicking, a short account creation process will begin and then you will be taken to the home screen. If you have used a free trial of Qualtrics or have used it in the past you can link your old account with your current MNSU account by clicking on “I have an existing account.”
At the migration screen you will want to enter in your old account and click the Migrate account button. If you don’t remember your password for your old account click here to request a change password. Select forgot password and type in your user name.
On the Qualtrics home screen you will see a simple menu bar that will take you to open surveys, results, create new and edit current surveys. In the upper right corner you will find links to the support and feedback, help and tutorials and general account information
Under the My Surveys tab you can view your surveys, whether they are active or being created. You can get a quick snapshot here on the number of responses and quick links to edit, view results, send it out, view, collaborate with others, create a copy, translate and delete the survey.
From the Create Survey tab you are able to create surveys! You can work off of an existing survey by creating a copy, create a blank survey using Quick Survey Builder or browse the Qualtrics Library of Surveys to get started or even some interesting ideas.
Here is where the real work gets done! The Edit Survey tab allows you to add new questions, edit existing questions, provide logic and give your survey a totally unique look. There are advanced options that allow for importing, exporting and other options.
The Distribute Survey tab allows you activate your survey.
After activation of the survey it will generate an anonymous survey link that can be emailed or shared. If the survey or questionnaire needs to be protected due to sensitive information options are available.

In the View Results tab you are able to view the results from a previous survey or check on one that is currently in process and see what surveys are currently active.
Underneath the Poll tab you will find a listing of your Polls. You can create a new Poll, quickly edit an existing Poll, copy, delete and view results.
Selecting a Poll will open to the right a window displaying the current results as well as what the poll looks like.

If you click on this button you will be shown the code to paste into a webpage.
Note that this must be placed between the <html> </html> tags.
The Library tab will show collections of questions, surveys, questionnaires and polls. The first view will show you items in your library. With options to look through items in custom User groups and the Qualtrics community as a whole.
Currently this is a restricted area. The Panel tab is used for creation of groups or panels. This area is currently being furthered explored.
In the reporting tab you can view and generate reports. You can also download your data, reports and share the results. You are able to look at when the survey was completed, the length of time it took, percentage completion of questions and many other features. Please remember that this tab is still in beta, so some features are work in progress.
Your account allows for unlimited survey and results. It also opens up access to Qualtrics support and tutorials. Below is a sample Support and Feedback form, accessed from the Support and Feedback button in the upper right. Tutorials can be access in the same location through the help and tutorials button. It will then take you to the Qualtrics University site.
Selecting the support and feedback button will open a new box that will allow you to share your experiences and questions directly with Qualtrics. The ITS staff and MNSU community at large is also here to help the best that we can.
Selecting Help and Tutorials will take you to Qualtrics University has a wide range of online materials that are designed to help get you to where you want to be. With over 3 hours of training videos and other materials it is a good place to look for answers.
Within the account information drop down you can log out, reset your password, read messages and perform other account related activities.
Development of on campus resources is ongoing and new documents, courses and scrums will be continually added to our knowledge base. We encourage the MNSU Qualtrics community to openly engage one another in conversation and be a local resource. With an active local community supported by one another, ITS and Qualtrics great potential can and will be realized.
