Purpose:

In this activity you will observe the probably color types produced by crossing two pink plants with the genotype RW.

Materials:

Procedure:

  1. Get two coins from your teacher.
  2. Heads will represent a capital letter “R.”
  3. Tails will represent a lowercase letter “w.
  4. Toss both coins 50 times. Record the genotype of each toss into the table below each time you flip the coins.
