Slow Cooker Whole Chicken

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp thyme

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp black pepper

1 onion

1 large chicken


Coarsely chop the onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.  

Combine the spices and rub over the chicken.  

Place chicken in the slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours.
